I was running errands this morning and wanted to grab breakfast and a coffee so I went into this location in hunt valley Ran to the bathroom before I ordered and a I walked into the bathroom a worker came out of the stall and never washed her hands I went to the bathroom at which point s another worker came in to use the other stall and we both exited at the same time and the second worker also walked by the sink without washing her hands So needless to say I left without ordering any food Do better ! That’s just gross and uncalled for you are in the business of handling people’s food I asked for a manager but they said she was in the back

Went for sausage biscuits this morning…just sausage…on a biscuit…so HOW did cheese make its way into the equation? Every time I go here something is wrong. Last time I ordered 2 sausage biscuits I ended up with a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and a hash brown. Can McDonald’s update the employees side of the screen with just pictures? Because clearly you don’t have to be able to read to work here…

Stopped here at 2330 hours on the way home from the airport. We waited in line for food for a good 20 minutes but it was worth it! It was literally the best MCDs ever- everything was just made- even the fries. Nothing was stale and everything was hot. The employees were super nice as well so thank you!

went to the store and drove here at 10:00 pm so I could get some food and they told me they closed the location for the next 3-4 hours to clean the “back kitchen”. What the hell? It’s wild that they’re working an overnight shift and can’t pick a time when customers wouldn’t be coming as often. It’s also wild that I had no way of knowing until i’m in the drive thru. I come because it says 24/hrs.

This is a pretty average McDonalds location. While they aren’t perfect, they are always here for my friends and I when we get hungry late at night. A few mistakes here and there are to be expected with the sheer volume of customers.
