I can't speak about the food, fortunately. What I can speak to is the experience I had while using the restroom. As I left the restroom and gathered with my party to leave the restaurant, one of the employees found it necessary to call out to me and ask if I was ordering food. I said no, and the employee aggressively informed me there was no public restroom. There are no locks on the bathrooms. There are no signs I saw in the establishment indicating the restrooms are for patrons only. One of the stalls had already been tagged with graffiti. Regardless, I would have bought something had they offered to help me or take my order. The level of aggression from this person was completely unnecessary, and I would not have them employed at the establishment if customer service is of value to the organization. The interaction occurred on 9/21 should management want to review tape of the incident. I hope that person had the day they deserved! It appeared to be a woman working the front counter.

I ordered Pasta Fresca Penne noodles, balsamic vinaigrette, olive oil, roasted garlic, red onion, tomato, spinach and parmesan. I got Penne noodles and some balsamic. I think I saw 1 piece of a slice of onion, 1 pinch of spinach, a small pinch of Parmesan, and 1 cube of tomato. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. If you’re not going to add the other items take them off the description and leave it as a bowl of pasta with vinaigrette.

We picked up carryout order from this chain restaurant, expected the same quality as other locations. Nope. Food tasted stale, seasoning awful. Wont return.

The service and atmosphere were fine. When I ate here they were not asking if customers wanted to dine in or take out, resulting in several people eating in with takeout containers. The food itself is the majority of the reason for the low review. It just wasn't good. I got the roasted garlic cream tortellini and was disappointed by the lack of flavor.
