I did a pick up order, I only got a picture of the Mac and cheese! But omg everything was amazing! I’ll be candid I have had some bad experiences here in the past but was craving their Mac and cheese. I got the grilled chicken on the Barbie with loaded fries and the steakhouse Mac, I did curbside and the lady who gave me my order was just SOOOOO NICEEEE I wish I got her name cause she was like a bundle of joy and it immediately got me excited, upon getting home my Coca Cola drink was crisp with light ice like I wanted, the Mac was so creamy and seasoned so well, the chicken was fantastic and the cheese fries were perfect, they even gave me the extra honey mustard I asked for 😩 this was the best take out order I have had with them and I do truly hope the next time I do it, I get the same experience as I did this past night. Whatever they are doing to make this place better I hope they keep it up, cause this is one of my favorite food places and it’s in such an awesome area! Me and my bf might be doing a little after work date to pick up some Outback can’t wait to enjoy the food then also!

Today, my wife and I had a splendid meal and our server Andy was great and exude customer service. He checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. He has a heart for service. Kudos to Andy for a Job well done. Five stars times two.

I was in today and the server was very nice, but got my order wrong and grossly overcharged me. One of the things that I asked for was a large house salad. The server asked me if I wanted cheese and bacon, I said no bacon. I thought it was odd because bacon is never served on a house salad. She brought me a house salad with egg. I thought that was odd, but I ate it.
When the bill came, she had charged me for a Cobb salad. I told her that I did not order a Cobb salad. I ordered a dinner size house salad. She said that they were not available in dinner size I told her that I had ordered them from Outback for years. She would not relent, she said that they did not have them at that restaurant (not true, I ordered them there before)
I know that she did not mean any ill intent, but I paid way more than I ever had before, I know the prices. I was a bartender for many years, then a manager. She should have never rang up something that a customer never asked for. That is something that you never do.This was a training issue.

As a mom of two, I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant for a nice steak dinner. Unfortunately, I was severely disappointed. The steak I received was undercooked and looked like it had been microwaved rather than properly grilled. For a Friday evening, the restaurant was completely empty, which seemed odd at first, but sadly, the quality of the food explained it. To their credit, the staff removed the steaks from our check, which was appreciated, but that alone doesn’t make up for the overall traumatizing experience. Given the poor quality of the food, I won’t be returning.
This restaurant has a very calm atmosphere, extremely helpful, and nice waiters. The cheeseburger I got was good, along with the coffee. The fries weren’t salty enough, but they said I could have gotten extra seasoning if I wanted that, other than that, the food was good.
