How do you bombard me with ads for the new sesame shrimp and beef, then say you have none after I have already ordered, paid for and driven to the store for? I could have gone anywhere for lunch but was lured by your ad, then frankly pissed off that I had do pick another premium item because that's what I had paid for! I understand how things can run out. That's not the problem. The problem is that your app said you had it and allowed me to purchase it even though it was not available. I'm disappointed for sure! 😑🙄

Food is usually alright but the portions keep getting smaller and more expensive! For 1.50 extra they barely give any walnut shrimp anymore. And there is always a wait for something to be cooked even tho they aren't busy.

The person at the register was not kind or polite in the least. I just used a coupon (BOGO specifically), and the portions of the food were not good enough. I would also like to add that I was not given napkins, utensils, or even a fortune cookie. And I only realized that when I got home.

Love Panda Express .work down the street at McCormick always come in between 9-9:30 and it’s rarely any food left + the young ladies that work there aren’t the nicest . I learned with this store it’s much better to DoorDash it .
My boyfriend went to get take out for the two of us. He asked for one scoop of rice instead of two for my lunch. When he got home and I opened the food container I saw that nearly the entire container was full of rice. Also there was NO chicken. The order was the chicken, mushroom, and zucchini dish. NO chicken!! My boyfriend’s lunch contained a very small portion of orange chicken. Also for the third time, they did NOT include fortune cookies. I am hugely disappointed. IF I go back I will carefully watch the person filling the lunch containers. The food we got today was UNACCEPTABLE.
