We usually use to come here for Dosas. This time we tried Chilly Chicken and Goat curry.Totally Negative....chilly chicken was totally fried and very hard. Goat meat was not we asked for and did not taste good.Don't think we will come here again even for Dosas.

And once again, this place hasn’t failed me. I’m from India and lived my colorful years in Bangalore and I thoroughly enjoyed their food. I would come back again and recommend this small gem to anyone who misses India’s taste because you can’t get authentic taste, just come here to feel closer to India.

Have been going here since they opened. One of the best tasting South Indian items you can get. Another cool thing is, the taste is consistent unlike some other Indian restaurants nearby. They just need to add some ethnic touch to the now bland interiors, hope they will eventually.

Finally found a great south indian restaurant close to Baltimore! This was a word of mouth recommendation and we are so glad we got to check this out. The restaurant it spacious and well decorated. Service was fantastic. We tried their fish thali meal, appam and egg curry. Unfortunately we ordered too much so didn't get a chance to try what they're reportedly known for - dosa! Next time :)The fish thali meal was really great. I loved all the side dishes that came with it. The only dish that was a let down was the fish curry itself. It was pretty bland and mild for my palate. The appam was big (you get two in one order) but a little too dense and sweet, compared to the appam's we usually make at home/have in India. The egg curry was a LOT of gravy, and very little egg! Would have appreciated one more boiled egg considering the disproportionate amount of gravy it comes with. The flavor was great though. We will definitely be back to try their dosa. Overall, great place.

Excellent South Indian cooking. Wide variety of vegetarian and meat dishes. We especially liked the Chicken Chettinad and the Cut Mirch and Gobi 65 appetizers. The prices are moderate and the portions are large. We always take home enough food for another dinner.

There’s a few solid Indian options in Baltimore (Darbar is a local favorite, always), but we were running some errands and absolutely starving, happened to notice this restaurant had 4.8* after a couple hundred reviews and it 100% deserves every star. We sampled the Vindaloo and goat curry along with an insanely good fried fish app and got four+ meals out of it the lot. Mind blowingly good food and excellent, friendly service as well. Would highly, highly recommend!

The food was delicious! I came here with my grandparents who are visiting from India, and they said this is the best Indian restaurant in the US! All the food was so well cooked. The thali came with lots of dishes and the appam was soft and lightly crispy. The mysore masala dose was the perfect texture and tasted just like home! The staff were kind and the restaurant was very clean. We will be visiting again soon!

It was very crowded. The staffs/servers were overwhelmed with the crowd and wasn’t paying attention properly to the customers yet they added 18% tip as attendance charge, which is fine. I was hoping they would be more attentive , towards customers which they were not and they were mixing orders with other. The food was ok.Considering the other Indian restaurant nearby location, the price of the entrées,it is a bit expensive.
