Ordered and paid for a travel tote for a 1pm open house event online, requested a 12:30 pickup through a drive through window. Upon arrival at 12:37 I was told to go inside and wait 20 minutes. I had to cancel my order.

This location gets BUSY but the people working there always stay calm...even when Abbey wasn't paying attention and took Abby's iced matcha with no sweetner when she ordered a venti blonde iced shaken espresso with whip and caramel drizzle so Abby had to ask to have her iced matcha remade while Mary is at the drive thru ordering 6 pink drinks and 6 Frappuccinos all with caramel lining the cup. I do wish they had nugget ice (that chewy kind of ice similar to chick fil a) like a lot of other Starbucks have.

my drink was well made and ready quickly. beautiful darkwood interior; I could see myself spending the day doing work here. 2 single bathrooms. the lock on the bathroom seemed like it didn't lock because it didn't stay pressed in very far, but it was functional. It's a standalone building in a plaza, so there are other stores to shop at while you enjoy your coffee.

Employees were not very friendly and the cortado I had was almost all steamed milk.
every single time i come here i regret it. do NOT come here expecting standard Starbucks service. ticket times here are consistently OVER 10 mins, even for a simple coffee. and they are never short staffed when this happens - just today they had 5 people working and the drive through was 6 deep, and i ordered my coffee at 6.26. when i pulled to the window at 6.34 it was not even beginning to be made. it was in my hand at 6.38 just find another location that sticks to the 5 min tickets unless you have plenty of time to waste.

Very professional, courteous, and friendly staff. Great and speedy service. The one star off for did is only because the corporation has discontinued many favorites I've the last few years. But what is left is, if not as exciting, still good. Best location in the area

I love the drinks and food, but I do not recommend using the drive through especially if on a time crunch. I've sat in this drive through for 20 minutes one time, and the average is probably 10+, even when ordering ahead. Going inside usually is a bit faster. But they have never messed up my order, so I still go there when I can.

Their Macha Latte is NOT good - first, they don't listen even though you indicate that I don't want any foam. Second, they put way too much Macha powers which make it taste really bad. This is not the first time to I get this bad experience from this location. I normally don't review but when I called, I could never get through their phone line either.

Drinks were made wrong cups marked as 50%off and manager lori stated they were in wrong place and would not honor the price. Yet they never moved the cups after realizing they were in wrong spot as she stated. Drinks tasted like milk and nothing else and we drink starbucks multiple times a day never had such a horrible experience.
