I'm giving this location 5 stars because of DJ solely. 🖤 What a sweet soul. I have autism and went through the drive-thru around 12:45pm on August 29th, 2025, and DJ served me and was so so sweet. I got excited because I asked if he made music because of his name and I got excited because that's one of my special interests and I have extreme social anxiety, but he made my visit so nice today. 😅 Thank you, DJ!! I am always very nervous, even during that encounter, but you made me feel heard, cared for, and appreciated. This meant so much to me since I usually feel like everyone hates me due to my disability. Thank you. 🫡 Great customer service from this dude!

This Starbuck's runs very slowly and the drive through does not make the visit quicker. The food and drinks are rarely made perfect. Multiple times I have ordered a venti drink and had a clear 2 inches of space left at the top of the cup. I hate paying for a venti and getting handed a grande in a venti cup. The flavor of the same order is also very inconsistent which would make sense when nothing is being measured correctly.

Just paid $3.95 for a warm coffee at the Hunt valley store 11351 York Road, cockeysville, Maryland. I asked for a 16 ounce cup of coffee and I received a 12 ounce cup of lukewarm coffee. The drive-through service on July 31 at approximately 9:30 AM was horrific. I waited 10 minutes and received the item pictured. Didn’t wanna complain too much because the drive-through line was long.

This Starbucks is completely hit or miss. Sometimes they're perfect, but other days they don't follow proper beverage sequencing, don't follow drink recipes, and just don't seem to know what they're doing. I'm a former shift supervisor, so I have a pretty good understanding of what success looks like at Starbucks. Today, I ordered ahead, but had to prompt them to make mine (it was a very simple drink and only had two modifications). After they made my drink, I tasted it, and they forgot the coffee. This is the second time this has happened with this exact drink, so I requested a refund instead of having them remake it. This blonde barista with arm tattoos ended up charging my Starbucks account a second time instead of refunding my account. I now have to take more time out of my day to go back to this location and request a refund a second time. There's not really an excuse for making errors on the basic functions of your job like this, even if the location is busy. I was a regular at this location, but I just can't keep coming here anymore.

Really don't appreciate people who waste my time for stupid stuff. Closing manager wanted to debate with me over filling an $8 dragon fruit drink to the top because I order it without ice. My family orders this drink at several other locations and we've never had an issue. Every other location fills the drink to the top. I've also never had pushback from any other Starbucks when I've requested a drink to be modified.

Customer service at this location has certainly went downhill recently.

I just want to shout out to Abby and Erin that currently work there. I came in due to doctor's orders from my workplace to get a medicine ball drink. I currently am under the weather and worked through my shift today. After I was able to leave early from work I went straight to Starbucks. I explained my situation to Abby and she took care of me, getting me a venti medicine ball with the assistance of Erin. These two girls basically made me cry due to how sweet and generous they were. I will 100% be going back for more excellent kind service! These two should be rewarded for their amazing service and compassion for treating customers right. They both wished me to get better soon! Thank you guys for being amazing humans. Keep up the fantastic work!

I understand 8:40 is near closing time. However it does not mean I should be met with such an attitude when I ordered. They said items were unavailable because they closed them already. This is not the service I am used to with Starbucks.

I sat on a 5 car conga line for 22 minutes at 6:30am. I only stayed because I wasn't in a rush and I was curious how long it would take. 6 cars pulled away instead. Then sat at the window for 5 minutes waiting for a Cold Brew to be made.

The summer Berry-Lemonade the drink taste good,I do not like all those busrting flavored berries bursting in my mouth every sip. I could bot enjoy the drink. I suggest use real berries. Because that covering over the flavored berry juice ugh! 🤮

Ordered and paid for a travel tote for a 1pm open house event online, requested a 12:30 pickup through a drive through window. Upon arrival at 12:37 I was told to go inside and wait 20 minutes. I had to cancel my order.

Cold brew and cinnamon cake was great. Wait time was a bit long and I had to ask for my cinnamon cake when they gave me my drink. DT seemed more important here, and DR needed cleaning.

Would have been 5 stars if I didn't see the one of the Barista stick her finger in my whip cream to push in down. But my other drinks came out good.
