I visited Starbucks and ordered the new Summer Berry Lemonade Refresher. The service was excellent, and the staff were polite. I stayed there to complete some work, and the quiet atmosphere allowed me to focus and be productive.

Drained all of our points on the entire order when we asked for only one drink to be paid for by the points. The hot chocolate was only scalding hot milk, ZERO chocolate, and completely undrinkable.

I will never go to this Starbucks again. I've had Daddy on my account for years and I was informed when I went to pick up my order here that the word daddy wasn't inclusive and I had to stop using it because it offended young people that work there. I told the manager that his employees need to grow up or get a job somewhere else. This is the service industry and if my kids want to call me Daddy then they're going to call me Daddy. The nerve of a Starbucks manager trying to tell me what I can and cannot be called is absolutely ridiculous.

This is written by a camper at St. Joseph VBS. We are spreading internet positivity and mean every word! I love how much work all of the workers put in. The drinks are always so good and never fail to disappoint. There is a reason I come back time and time again. Also it is not only the drinks that are delicious but also the food. The cake pops are my favorite and taste the best. I love Starbucks and can't live without it!

The employee are very rude,nasty and don't know how to talk to they customers. You ask some of the employees for something and acting you ask them for the world. You tell them how you want your drink and doesn't get made like you like it. Half of the employees don't clean,take trash out. It's a few employees that nice. (Pregnant girl, Aaron, I can't think of the girl name but she always work in the morning ( tall white girl). All the rest of them have attitude. I will never come back to this store.

This particular location is awful. I occasionally try it again here and there in hopes they have improved, but I'm done giving them my business. Just asked for a grande hot coffee with basic cream and sugar and was handed barely luke warm, if not cold, coffee. With having already turned onto York Rd and being fed up with this location and their lack of ability to make basic coffee, it wasn't even worth turning around to get corrected. Also, about a week ago, I asked for a decaf from drive thru and was asked to pull my car in front to wait - fine - but proceeded to wait 20 minutes for them to bring it out when they had very few actual customers. The staff at this location is slow, they are not professional, they are untrained and not friendly. I'm done giving them the benefit of the doubt and will stick with the Timonium location which is absolitely amazing, or driving however long is necessary to another Starbucks location just to avoid this one.

Miserably slow. Not sure how a microwavable item takes 15 minutes but a intricate drink only takes 3. I ended up leaving without my food

Barista accused me of going out to my car and coming back in to get a second refill with my cup. I advised this my 1st visit today. They stated they watched me?? . Repeat customer . I feel I was insulted as a long time customer.. Going to be a last time customer .Calling corporate!
