They use AI for drive through ordering, it's dumb as all hell, and annoying. Seriously never want to order here again. Stop nickel and dining and pay a damn employee.

Ugh, this location has the AI drive thru voice thing. I hate talking to it, it never understands and I end up yelling at it. Please remove it. Those humans at the window were perfectly fine at taking orders. Stop trying to replace them.

The employees inside are nice but using the drive thru with the AI bot taking orders is horrible. It just cannot understand anything outside of an order with no changes made to it. Idk why companies are going the AI route, it doesnt work!
I did not receive my order, despite having paid for it. When I called, I was told to come back tomorrow to speak with the manager, which is completely unacceptable and causes me further inconvenience. I’m hungry, my money has already been taken from my account

This is the only Taco Bell out of the last 20 or so I've visited over the years that always gets the order right every time thru the drivethru. They are also pleasant and quick. Sidenote, great job on the landscaping. This franchise always has super nice landscaping and tons of flowers that they rotate all year. You know they take good care of everything else if they care this much about their landscaping!

For anyone like me who only goes to Taco Bell for their breakfast, they no longer offer it at this location. Just giving it a 3 star rating because I have no idea if that was a decision made by higher ups or this location’s owner. There should really be a notice somewhere on their website or even an update here on Google Maps stating they no longer serve it so that people aren’t wasting their time.
