I live in Hampstead, MD and I usually always order from this Taco Bell location because they rarely forget something or mess the order up. The food is always hot and the employees are always very pleasant!

The employees inside are nice but using the drive thru with the AI bot taking orders is horrible. It just cannot understand anything outside of an order with no changes made to it. Idk why companies are going the AI route, it doesnt work!

This is the only Taco Bell out of the last 20 or so I've visited over the years that always gets the order right every time thru the drivethru. They are also pleasant and quick. Sidenote, great job on the landscaping. This franchise always has super nice landscaping and tons of flowers that they rotate all year. You know they take good care of everything else if they care this much about their landscaping!
