My wife, my son and I had dinner at Texas Roadhouse. They had lots of menu selections, but we went there for steak, and that's what we ordered. We also shared the Texas Roadhouse version of deep fried onion rings. It was excellent. My salad was fresh and delicious.
The steak was amazing. I highly recommend this Texas Roadhouse.

We were celebrating our son’s 21st birthday and he wanted to order from Texas Road house in HuntValley, MD. I placed an order around 6:20/30ish on line the Order was over 100.00 I also added a tip. First of all we were told they were out of shrimp then out of green beans after we placed the order. When my husband arrived he waited patiently for the order however it was not on time and he was told it’s “coming up now over and over again.” We felt brushed off. He asked to speak to manger. When she arrived she looked very unpleasantly at him and said again “it’s coming up now “ I was on the phone listening to everything that transpired. I told my husband to leave. He did get the food however. When we got home to try to enjoy the rest of our sons birthday we were extremely disappointed my husband ordered ribs and received a small piece of bone there was no eat or looked as if someone literally ate half of it! OMG it gets worse I done eat meat so I ordered catfish battered well it was just that batter , hard . Broken in pieces/ sections like nuggets.the Sweet potatoe was supposed to be to be loaded with marshmallows, brown sugar etc. well it was definitely not loaded it was just thrown to the side of the box. I saw the unhappy look on our son’s face. He had to return to college that evening so we just celebrated with his cake. My husband and I decided to contact the manger the next afternoon to discuss what we encountered at the pick up window and the food that we felt was inappropriate to eat. Based on how it was thrown in the box looked half eaten hard etc. I think the rolls were ok at least they looked like they were prepared well. So January 20 around between 3-4 pm. I spoke with a women who said her name was Deana or Dana. After telling her of the night we had she basically was not listening or cared at all because she was very combative, rude, saying things like it was my fault and we should have brought the food back and she would refund me. Well I told her we did not want a refund we wanted good food and good service. What we paid for and we gave a Tip. Well she said to me “ If you contact corporate or district manager they don’t care they are gonna send it back to us and we will decide how much to give you” I have never been so humiliated in my life. She never once showed any type of customer service at all. No explanation, Nothing. Just seemed annoyed , uninterested and maybe even bothered by my concerns. This was a horrible experience that ruined our son 21st. Birthday celebration. Mr. And Mrs. Myers

Went for lunch. Food and drinks were good..server was very neglectful, had to ask other servers for EVERYTHING even the complimentary rolls. They didn't have any bags so 2 people left with 6 boxes of leftovers in hand smh

Today, Aug 31st is very special for our family- it’s Dona Mae Day! My mother would have been 94 years old today but was taken from us at the end of the Covid pandemic…by RSV. She loved to go out and eat, and Texas Roadhouse was her all-time favorite place to go! Once per year, on her birthday the family celebrates with a simultaneous dinner across the country to our neighborhood’s Texas Roadhouses…. from Hunt Valley Maryland, to Temecula and San Diego in California…Mom’s Heavenly birthday is enjoyed at the same time across the miles. Sharing pictures..AND sharing a great dinner- virtually-together. Happy Birthday, Mom🥰

The steak was super fresh and tender. The restaurant, clean. Service, fast and friendly.
Also, I am a lifestyle barefooter (for spiritual reasons) and I sometimes get harassed and asked to put on shoes or leave a restaurant. Not here. They definitely noticed, but were still friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended for other barefooters who are looking for a great restaurant, where you won’t get harassed for your lifestyle choices.

1-Did an app order for work. The app did an automatic tip to the bill even though I choose not to tip. When I called about a refund I was told that they could not process the refund today but I would receive it sometime next week. 2-Then, when I picked up my order, which was seven bags, there was no customer service to say would you like help. Nope, had to go back a fourth leaving my car open, and since they have a winter shield up, my car was out of my sight. (Now I am not blaming them for having a weather shield, but a large order should have some sort of help getting it to the car. 3- When I got back to work and went to hand out everyone’s order-we realized that a loaded item means you have to put it together. You don’t do this in the restaurant, not at any other restaurant.
To say that I was very unimpressed is an understatement. Now, let’s see if I get the tip back.
