The ice cream I got was just regular milk ice cream with oreos so I enjoyed it. My family all got matcha ice cream.

I really enjoyed the Boba and the desert they have. It was pretty quick and I have also ordered online to order the items they were ready once I got there. I will say the only down side is the hours since they seem a bit inconsistent.
Me and my family of 4 were ready to try this place to hopefully crave our sweet tooth attack. However, when we arrived at 9:05 PM, they were already closed. Online states 9:30 PM. I highly suggest updating your operating hours so there’s no future disappointments.

Went to pick up food on my way home. Ordered on the app and they were sold out of nearly everything. Got to the store and they hadn't prepared 2 of the 3 drinks I ordered (two green teas) and handed me the empty cups, no big deal, really, but I didn't realize until I got home, the one drink they had prepared was the wrong drink (blood orange instead of mango yuzu). Ok, maybe I should have noticed the color wasn't quite right. They gave me apples instead of the bread I ordered as sides and the sandwiches (or at least the one I ordered for myself) were thrown together and half of the ingredients were outside of the sandwich in the wrapper. I like Panera, but this one is not good.

Fast service, restaurant is clean and well-maintained, good selection of items. Outdoor seating available. Located in Hunt Valley Towne Centre mall, with lots of places to shop.

Gongcha is good too though menu is overwhelming. A few times they never called out number, but were calling everyone else’s, so our drinks sat for a long time which was kind of a bummer. The touchscreens are really funky and don’t always respond correctly, always ordering the wrong thing and having to delete. Do wish both touchscreens had both restaurants in them as the line can get long. It’s nice they have board games and things to do, it would be cool if they hosted monthly events or something.

One of the worst desserts I’ve ever tasted… The Matcha towel roll… the staff is subpar
Fun Japanese style dessert and drink place. Seems like there are 3 concepts: bubble tea, desserts and matcha items. My son had the Tiramisu crepe cake which was creamy and light at the same time. Not too sweet but delicious. My daughter got a green tea bubble waffle which was flavorful and fresh. Service was a little slow which I why only 4 stars. It's a huge menu so looking forward to going back to try more items.
