Food was just ok. The worst part of the place is that they charged me $2 more for my sandwich than the price on the menu board. Because it was beginning to get crowded with lunch orders from the office building, I didn't bother to question the price difference. Just consider yourself forewarned.

The restaurant was clean and orderly. I went to get the breakfast platter, bit was not served because they stop doing breakfast at 1030. It was 1044 when I finally found the spot.
Its in building 4 on the Lower Lobby. Google currently has it listed as 3rd floor, that's wrong. And no mention on the site nor the Google page says the correct location nor the breakfast cutoff time.

Excellent customer service depends on truly paying attention to customers, including tone and communication. Anyone representing the business should be courteous and attentive to every single person who walks in—not just those they know. Whether you’re an employee or the owner, you set the tone for the entire establishment. A word of advice: since not everyone will respond with grace and humility, it’s important to exercise extra care when interacting with customers. Not everyone is up to receiving bull crap, especially when spending their hard earned money, which I absolutely refused to do today solely because of the actions of the woman taking orders.

I work upstairs so I frequent often. Breakfast and lunch, either or daily because the servings our generous enough for both. I have had it all, cold sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches and sandwiches off the grill. Regardless of what I order, it never disappoints. The Reuben is a favorite, lean Corned beef and cooked perfect on the flat top. I try to eat lite at work but felt like a burger today. I am tough when I am judging a burger, cause I’ve had more than any cardiologist would recommend in a lifetime, the mushroom burger was a 8.3/10. I can only remember one or two getting near the 9 score in my life so 8.3 is definitely something to be proud about. Only suggestion is put it in the small carryout box because wrapping it in paper with all the fried onions and mushrooms got the top bun covered in grease, but the burger was so good I quickly got beyond a greasy bun. The open line only works when you have line-cooks as friendly, polite, and cool as your staff. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic lunch spot. The Duke is my favorite sandwich! The daily soups are amazing too! Pricing is good too. Highly recommended if you work in the area. No dogs inside to pet though 😞

I get large orders here that are sometimes complicated, and no matter what, they’re always friendly and serve with a smile. The food is also amazing! I’ve never been disappointed, and constantly try something new. Despite the location, hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve ever encountered.
