The food was very good, except for the crab cake. I was disappointed that is was mostly filler. Other than that, everyone was happy with the evening special, the meatloaf and steak salad.

The food was relatively good, prices were reasonable but service was poor Waited 15 min to be greeted, waitress forgot to put our appetizer in. Took our food 50 minutes to come, and of course with no appetizer we were hungry! Maybe skip weekend nights

Our server was excellent! Mu husband enjoyed his flank steak tacos, I didn't realize my steak frites was a strip steak but it tasted good and was cooked perfectly but I prefer a flank. It would be nice if the front windows were covered, it would be nicer.

Confirmed 4 PM Thanksgiving reservation? Worth NOTHING. Drove an hour with family only to be told the kitchen was closed due to a “system glitch.” We weren’t the only ones turned away. Absolutely unacceptable—don’t waste your time here!

Love the improvements! Fun Vibe! Everything was great except steamed shrimp which were extremely difficult to peel and were a bit messy as there was too much broth in bowl which they were served.

Everything is outstanding except for the noise level. Acoustics need to be modified in order to have a conversation with fellow diners. I will still go back because of the food, service, ambience, value, etc. Just make sure conversation will not be part of the experience.

It was a very busy Saturday night which may have contributed to some of the service issues we experienced. One of the entrees arrived about 10 minutes later than everyone else's and the portions were very small on that dinner in particular. When it was finally delivered there was no apology or check in to see how the other meals were or if we needed anything - our drinks were emptied and one meal was missing a side. You could definitely feel the pressure the staff was under. The crab cakes were delicious! We'll try again on a less popular night.

OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend. The food is superb and the menu is ideal for picky eaters! I dare you not to be obsessed with the tartar sauce, the crab cake and the salad dressing. Yummmm! Ate their four times in two weeks! My new favorite!! I'll always love you Vito's!!
