Let me tell you about my adventure at Vito's Ristorante in Cockeysville! Picture this: a charming little spot nestled in a cute shopping center off York Road. It's like stumbling upon a gourmet oasis in the desert of hunger! So there I was, joined by two fellow food enthusiasts for lunch. We snagged seats at the bar and were greeted by Orlando, the master of hospitality. His attentive service made us feel like dining royalty – move over, Queen Elizabeth! My rose was colder than my ex’s heart, and the veal dish? It was so thinly breaded, I could've used it as a napkin! And that lemon butter sauce? It was like a hug from Nonna herself, made with enough love to power a small Italian village! And let's not forget about the spaghetti and meatball masterpiece I brought home. Those veal meatballs were like tiny flavor grenades, exploding with deliciousness in every bite. And the homemade pasta? It was like a hug for my taste buds, reminding them that life is too short for bland carbs! In summary, Vito's doesn't just earn five stars – it collects them like Pokémon cards! If you're in the mood for an unforgettable dining experience that's as funny as it is flavorful, Vito's is the place to be. Just remember to bring your appetite and a sense of humor – because at Vito's, laughter is always on the menu!

Simply outstanding! Calamari to die for & the best baked salmon I've ever eaten. Canoli was kick butt off the chart good. A bit pricey in my opinion, but exceptional. Let's face it, you want to get what you pay for, don't you? At this place, they deliver...Dietary restrictions: If you need gluten free, no problem!

We have been coming for dinner for years. Today we went with my partner and one of the kids to celebrate a birthday. We requested a specific area since the kid was with crutches. We received a call early during the afternoon to confirm the reservation and the area we requested. To our surprise our table was assigned on the opposite side of the restaurant.ordered a white wine and the waiter brought me a red one. He argued with me that the wine that I had asked for was not the wine that I ordered. Everyone at the table listened to what I ordered.Ordered a meat medium well and it came not even medium. At this point I was ready to leave and forget the night. The waiter was not the best but I think everyone has the right to have a bad night so we left 10% of tip instead of normal 15-18%.Now, this is the part that I can’t understand. While I was bringing the car, the hostess came out of the restaurant and approached my partner in the middle of the parking lot concerned about the tip. You don’t follow your customers demanding money for a tip. Both ladies told the waitress to ask me about the issue, but she never said anything to me. I found out about this in the car while I was driving. I Called immediately as soon as I found out, and demanded anexplanation. She only said that she was concerned about the reason for the low tip and if we had any issues. At this point I just want an answer as to why the hostess followed us to the parking lot requesting more tip.

Unfortunately I can not rate any of the above because they refused to seat me and my party with my trained service dog. They demanded that I provide papers, which I did not have with me. I showed them the approval from my airline which I flew on three days pror.I am required to submitt the federal transportation form. The Hostess said that was not acceptable no papers no service. This is so wrong and against the LAW.

They need a little work on their red sauce, but it is Northern Italian and the white and brown sauces are very good! Our waiter, Stephan, was a complete professional! Overall a great experience!

Recently, I had placed a pickup order. Beside for the outdated 5% carryout fee (due to covid) my order was incomplete. Front hostess insisted entree shrimp scampi doesn't come with pasta ( only liquid sauce).Upon, arriving home I checked restaurant reviews to verify the spaghetti pasta should be included with the sauce.I called Vito back and a manager put my call on hold for nearly 15 minutes to check if shrimp scampi should have spaghetti or just sauce??!!!I called back again and a new manager answered the phone with a very rude attitude. Be careful incomplete meals and staff playing games with paying customers.

We have lived in Phoenix for 12 years and we eat out often - we had somehow never tried Vito's until last night. Honestly, it was one of the best meals I have had on York Rd in years. We were so pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. We had a superb meal. Highly recommend, but make reservations. We had a 6:30pm table reserved, and we weren't seated until 6:45p. It was absolutely packed. I guess that speaks to the quality of the restaurant.

We started off with the mussels and sausage which I highly recommend. Every bite had an amazing burst of garlic, butter and peppers. I had the Veal Parmesan and my wife had the Veal Marsala. Both entrees were cooked to perfection and were absolutely beautiful. You will definitely not have room for dessert. Our waitress Camille was astounding, polite, happy and attentive to our needs before we knew we needed something. If you're looking for a great night out give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

We’ve eaten at every Italian restaurant in the area, and Vito’s continues to be the best. The veal sorrentino was meraviglioso! Very thin and TENDER veal medallions layered with fresh mozzarella and melt-in-your-mouth eggplant(NOT breaded and fried)in an outstanding red sauce. (I rarely like sauce in a restaurant, but this was even better than my homemade sauce.) There was enough to bring home for another meal! My husband’s seafood pasta in a white wine sauce was loaded with seafood, some still in the shell, and was excellent.Camille’s service was also top-notch. *****

I like Vitos, but due to their popularity. It can be a long wait for food and service. The food is quite good. The environment is clean and professional, and the staff are quite welcoming and graceous. Primarily Italian fare, I quite liked their marinara sauce andbtheir pasta is very well prepared. All in all I would recommend Vitos, but go early, 3-4 pm for dinner.....or wait! Generally a $60+ bill is to be expected

We are decades-long regulars.Had reservations for two, and were seated in the "banquet room" , pinned between several long tables of big, loud groups.Food and service are always great, but this was a huge turn off.We quickly ate and left. When we called to make our 5:30 reservations a week prior, it would have been much better to say "the dining room is full at that time".We would have simply reserved a different date.

First time at Vito’s. Only went because I was gifted a gift card. I am glad that I was. The food and service was great.I had the veal steak and crème brûlée for dessert. My wife had the chicken parm and my children had chicken tenders from the kids menu. I Had a beer and wife had Prosecco. The food was delicious. I usually don’t get dessert, but dinner was so good that I was like let’s see what dessert is about. My whole family got dessert and it was worth it.Overall, I highly recommend making Vito a dinner stop for anyone that likes good Italian.Kid-friendliness: Small kids menu that offered chicken tenders. The tenders and fries were very good.

Excellent food and service. Vincent was our server today and went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 6. The entire staff was gracious and efficient. Everything we ordered was delicious and all plates were cleaned! I highly recommend this establishment.
