Ordered in 2 Raven Frosties in the app; one vanilla and one chocolate. Both came as vanilla. Ok. They were very good. But we were given a fork and a knife, no spoons. I had plastic spoons in the car.
There was a distinct odor of pot at the ordering screen and the unopened drive thru window .

horrible service. doesn't respond to customer service calls, and I have waited an hour+ for my online order when I only live 5 minutes away and ordered 2 SMALL meals.

Not all Wendy's are created equal.

This Wendy's is far beyond every other one I've tried. They always have very nice employees and very delicious food no matter what time or day you go.

Was 2nd in line at counter and still took 20 minutes to place order because staff was only focused on window and grubhub. Asked for baked potato and was told they were all out cuz grubhub took them all. This is before noon. Tried to at least get some ice and drink machine was out. Incompetent staff. Didn't get to try food.

I would have gave 0 stars, but since you can't, they get one. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP AT THIS LOCATION! They don't pay attention to who they are giving orders to and they will not remake your food when they gave your food away and they are wrong. We ordered through the app and then we went to pick it up and they say, we don't have this order, it's not anywhere, we don't see the order or the payment. So then after going back and forth for awhile with the manager we see it says picked up. Then we're like, did you give our food away? Which would make sense as to why they don't see it in their system because they cleared it out. I've also been through this same situation trying to pick up doordash orders at this location and they also refused to remake the food. Even when doordash is trying to call them to tell them to remake it. They have extremely poor management. They need to be sure they are giving the appropriate orders out and not just giving food to whomever. Now I am going to have to go through a lot to get my refund especially with it saying its been picked up.

Man, Wendy's at 10:31 AM was a straight-up disaster. They already shut down breakfast, like, who stops serving breakfast that early?
The staff had these sour faces, acting like I was a burden just for showing up. The whole vibe was trash—rude, dismissive, and just plain nasty.
I’m done with this place. Told my buddy already, and we’re never coming back. Save your time and skip this joint.👎

This location is constantly closing the dining room, not helping anyone waiting to order, etc. We just walked out after standing at the register for over 10 minutes after only being acknowledged after I asked if anyone is working the register. Staff was rude stating they were short staffed. They were only helping people who did online orders but you can’t order the keychain frosty on there. Seems they were helping with drive through as well but if you were live and in person, you meant nothing to them. We were also told there was no soda at all. What in the world!? We walked out went to Chick-fil-A down the street. I really want this location to be better but it has been I feel or for quite some time. Pay workers a higher wage and you may get people who are willing to work there which will help your staffing problems!

I just went through the drive-through at this location and had the friendliest and most pleasant person I have ever encountered in a drive-through wait on me. I tried to call the store to share the compliment, but I was unable to speak to a manager. So I’m hoping that she will see this message. Thank you Ms. Mary for your sunshine!

Ordered ended up being messed up. Went back today they fixed it. Very frustrating staff, clean store, good food. Highly recommend the Baconator ‼️😋😋

Absolutely appalled by the customer service at this Wendy’s location. The associate, Cregina, was shockingly rude—not just to me, but to multiple customers during my visit. She spoke to us in a condescending tone, as if we were an inconvenience or too stupid to place a simple order. There was no greeting, no patience, and certainly no professionalism.

Instead of creating a welcoming environment, Cregina seemed irritated by every interaction, making the entire experience uncomfortable and tense. Her sour attitude ruined what was supposed to be a quick, pleasant stop. It’s honestly unacceptable that someone so openly hostile is representing the Wendy’s brand.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We left disappointed, frustrated, and completely turned off from ever returning to this location.

Management needs to seriously address this issue—no one should be treated that way for simply ordering food.
