So today I have no car at work and my boyfriend was going to bring me lunch from Wendy’s. He waited in line to order for approximately 15 minutes. Then at the window, he was told to pull ahead that it would be 25 to 30 minutes to get the tenders. After 20 minutes they come back out to the car and tell him there is none left. No more tenders and no more nuggets either. Did they not know that before they started selling them? Wendy’s just wasted 40 minutes of his time and I have no lunch And now I’m hangry. 😡

Wrong order, once again. I recommend that you go elsewhere for fast food. There are McDonalds in Hunt Valley and in Timonium. There is a Burger King in Timonium too. They may not be quite as close as this Wendy's, but you might be able to get a hot, correct order.

We ordered for a party of 3. Ordered 5 burgers among other items. Only received 4. They were COLD. One of the buns was crumbly, indicating that it was a WHILE since it was made. They were not even close to customized.

I keep giving them a chance since their burgers, when hot and made to order, are the best fast food burgers out there. However, if I can't get my order made correctly and HOT, there is no reason to keep going back. Also, in the mornings, there is often literally ONE guy working there. I know because he tells me when he says to be patient before having me wait about 5 minutes.

It is my local Wendy's, but I'm going to have it treat it like it's closed. I would not be surprised if it IS actually closed soon. Shame on me for still giving them chances.

Horrible place. All I wanted was to use the restroom at 9:17 in the morning, to find the doors are locked. Saw employees sitting in the dining area and as soon as they saw me walk up, they scattered to behind the kitchen. The dining area hours are posted on the door too, saying it's OPEN at 7 AM. I can't believe the management allows this.

This is the worst Wendy’s, at least at lunch on weekdays. They are the slowest of any Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and the white girl has the nastiest attitude any time I go there. She should be fired or at least be put in the back because she does not have the personality for customer service. She will rush you through placing your order and she’ll miss things and get them wrong, then she’ll give you attitude and roll her eyes when you correct her at the window. Worst employee at the slowest Wendy’s.

I wanted to dine in for lunch was told by the cashier she didn't time to take my order it was time for her lunch. So walked out got my order through drive,first the burger was dry,second the fries,and chicken nuggets were overcooked. I will never go back to that location again.

I don't normally ever leave reviews but here we are. I haven't had fast food in so long but decided, why not. I wish I would have listened to my gut and ate my healthy lunch.

Cregina, what an absolute delight she was-not really. Management needs to terminate her. She is rude, disrespectful and is probably the main reason why their business is not making enough money to refill the soda stations and fix the drive thru. Save your money, your time and your patience.
