The crew this morning was great, and very helpful. I messed up when ordering through the app and they let me know what had gone wrong in a very polite way. AND THEN took the time to still get what I wanted. A+ service

No one in the drive thru but me and they still short me on my order after the lady asked me to repeat myself and then repeated back my order. Seriously? Are they doing this on purpose? It takes effort to mess up that badly. Wendy’s customer service never called me back.
Food was not fresh.. lettuce look wilted and dead barley a tomato on the burger.

I have young kids so I find myself here quite often. As far as a fast food restaurant is concerned, our experience tends to be about on par with or maybe slightly above what you would expect. The inside is pretty clean I would say cleaner than most fast food establishments but still... You know... It's 17-year-old in high school still clean... The service tends to be prompt and easy.. when ordering from the drive-thru, you might pick up an undertone of annoyance once in a while but the food is always out fast hot and in quick time... I contemplated giving it a five-star review but the chef in me wouldn't allow for it.. If you're just looking to go get a hot meal from Wendy's this one won't let you down and you'll have it quick.

Pretty much every staff associate at Cockeysville location is worthless, they will see you standing there and make you wait to take your order while the cashier helps with getting fries/nuggets for orders with her disgusting unwashed hands, I have witnessed not too long ago there was a til of cash money sitting there on the back table by the chili while they worked, NEVER should a til be sitting anywhere, that’s pure laziness on the managers part for even taking the risk. If you ask a lot of people from the area, they should all be fired. Please corporate, there’s so much more I could address, especially how they never ever have baked potatoes cooked, and you can’t say they ran out, it’s too many times a week that they say hell with it and hell with the customers. The corporate headquarters needs to definitely take a look at the cameras, you will see I’m telling truth. So disappointing.
