Of course I understand that things are going to be busy on Super Bowl Sunday...but so should you. Placed my order through the app at 2pm on Sunday for a 5:30 pickup. I arrived at 5:20. And left with my order at 7:15. 7:15?!?!?!?!?! Absolutely unacceptable. Prepare. Do better.

This location was an absolute let down. I don't know what it is about this wingstop location but the 2 times I've tried this place has met me with rude staff, wings barely covered in sauce and overcooked. I was hoping the reviews were wrong but they are very true. Never again. This location is doomed. If you're reading this, don't bother going.

Purchased online 11/9/24. Wings need to be crispier, which points to the oil not being hot enough. Wings had a stale oil taste. Sauce was ok. Service was ok. Seemed they need one more staff on a Saturday at dinnertime.

Food was good, but the order took a long time and we did not complain. The person at the counter was not friendly and my son spilled a drink on the counter when we were leaving. We cleaned up the entire mess with paper towels and the employees had to do NOTHING. Not a single employee asked if we needed help or thanked us for cleaning it up. I could not believe it. I’m not going again, no way.

Ordered online through the app on 10/19. When I arrived, there was a gentleman in front of me, one of the workers asked someone else to help him which was fine. After helping the gentleman at the counter, the worker then goes ahead and puts his air pod back in and ignores me at the pickup counter! I was about to just grab my food from the pick up counter and then walk out (which I should’ve done! I could’ve saved myself 5 minutes). He comes back over and I said “can I please get my food, I ordered pickup for Reza” the guy doesn’t even look at me and says “sure” and hands it to me. I ordered my fries well done and with extra seasoning as I always do! The past two times they have done the exact opposite! I get home and my fries are soggy and have barely any seasoning! Thanks!

I have no words. Tuesday 10/15 - I ordered through the app so it would be ready when I arrived. I walked in, went to the pickup window, not one person said anything to me, a few gave me glances, but nothing more.

After standing there for 5 minutes, I started to move to the front counter hoping to be helped. While trying to maneuver, the young af.am. male walked past me again with his nose in the air, proceeding to shake hands and greet his 5 friends that walked in and were causing a ruckus.

Now standing at the counter for more than 10 minutes, someone finally walked over and said, "do you need to order" I said no i ordered on the app, the name is William. She checked my order and said 20 minutes sir. I said NO, I ordered 30 minutes ago. You can cancel the order. Suddenly within 5 minutes she brought my order over.

This entire time I was watching the staff, no one was doing anything back there except the one young Latino man. This store needs training and manager supervision instead of teen and 20 somethings being lazy.

PS the fries were supposed to be well done and not soggy and just dumped in the bag. Never coming back there again.

We waited about 25 minutes for 15 wings and fries. When we got the order, the fries they were ice cold!! Couldn’t understand why but we went back in to ask for more fries and the manager got really testy with us. This is the 2nd time we’ve had a problem with Wing stop and will not be going back. I was not about to pay $31.00 for cold food. We got a refund.

I wish I could give no stars. I had no other choice but to go to WINGSTOP INSTAGRAM, because nobody at this store helps any of their customers when it comes to a concern like so. The GM had the nerve to ask my husband if he has been the one “leaving bad reviews “ how distasteful for a Gm to have such accusations, he told her no because he wasn’t but now that the GM brought up leaving a review which we have never thought or wanted to do….here we are

Ordered online, showed up to pick it up. They have no record of my order because “their printer was out of paper.” I was in a hurry so wanted a refund. Never got one. 2nd time I’ve had an issue with this location. Contacted them through their website twice, no response. Not only is this location garbage but the company can’t get back to me and give me a refund. I love paying for food that I never got.

It's almost laughable how long it takes to get an order out of this store. The only thing I can think that makes sense is they must fry every wing individually. It really takes that long.

The wings are good though.
