The wings were fresh, the service was quick, and everything tasted really good. I’ll definitely be back!

Went in to order wings. I gave them cash for my food. The front end person had to make change and went back and talked on their phone for 5 mins while I stood there watching them. They finally came back up and gave me my change. I bought a 32 oz drink. They handed me 3 20 oz cups. When I went back to ask for my 32 oz drink the person said “I got you, I got you.” Then proceeded to ignore me. They then assisted the people behind me, and gave them their cups while carrying on with their conversation. I can only assume they are friends. When I said I need a 32 oz drink, which is what I paid for, the person acted as though I was being impatient. When they were the ones uninterested in providing customer service and they were unable to move faster then a slug. When the coworker in the back asked the front end person a question they rolled their eyes and acted put out at actually having to work. The service was slow and subpar and apparently customer service is a thing of the past.

Service was terrible. There was only 1 worker and one on break. I was in a rush already getting food and waited in line for 15 minutes when there was only one group in front of me.Once I finally got up the worker said I would have to wait 30+ minutes for just an order of a 3pc combo of tenders. I left not having the time to wait. Terrible managing.

I usually don’t write reviews but I wanted to write this for the manager steff or Steph she was honestly so amazing and went above and beyond for everybody who walked through the door she also moved the line super fast while still being super kind and patient you usually don’t get service like that at fast food chains but she really was so nice especially to the kids you can tell she also cares about her employees which is super important nowadays and our food was fresh and seasoned literally perfectly overall a 1000/10 definitely love this location because of her!
