Couldn't even bother to fully coat the wings. Ordered Superbowl Sunday and it was a complete disaster. Waited 30 minutes for the wrong, cold order.Silver Briscoe emailed me but never responded to my complaint.I can see why this place has a 2.7 rating, avoid at all costs!I'll give them less than a year before closing shop at this rate.

The manager (S.B) is very rude ,nasty attitude, don't know how to treat her employee. Leave them outside waiting for her to open the store. Like to play with people money. And they don't keep nobody. To old to play with a bunch of kids ( all the was around my kids age).

Waited an extra 20 min for my mobile order. They didn’t season my fries at all and forgot my blue cheese. My 10pc wings came with 9pieces. And 10pc corn came with 9 pieces. This is ridiculous. Very poor service and experience. Order #24442911301304322 02/03/24 @5:08pm.

Wings were great. New blue cheese is huge step up. Kids loved the tenders. Def like that you can split flavors on smaller order. Let's us try a new flavor and still get our favorite.

We’ve ordered this location several times and never had an issue. Wanted to counteract their low review score because the food has always been great. I like my wings fried hard and never had a soggy wing from here. Really miss the Latto meal and their honey lemon pepper wings though!

Good spot for takeout. The tea machine was open for some reason. Wings were a little too hard for my liking, but the sandwich was pretty good. Big ups to the lady working (I can't remember her name) she had great hospitality.

The flats AND drums were tiny. I will say, the flavor was there and the chicken was quite crispy. Ranch? Always slaps. However I had ordered the fries well done and they were very soft. Just really disappointed at the portions today especially in this economy.

The customer service is terrible. Every time I went if not the same person someone different. Attitude don't speak upset when you ask for more sauce and charge you. The fries are either cold or no season on them. I give up at this point this location will never get my business again.
