I went on Veterans Day it was very busy and the server made sure he kept apologizing to us for the long wait for our food, but nevertheless, it was a great experience.

For starters the moment you walk in there was an extremely bad smell. I waited at the front waiting for someone to attend me but no one did so I figured to just seat myself. All the employees seen me walk in and wait and none came to me. When I took a seat 2 employees were just gossiping as they stared at me STILL not being attended. It was around 12 and I was hungry. I brought along my mother in law and husband. After 15 minutes of waiting I left. I was so disappointed. The restaurant had a bad smell. Tables were not clean. Good didn’t even smell good. Service is horrible. Despite the bad reviews I thought not to judge. But clearly ALL THE BAD REVIEWS are true.

I walked in and went and sat at the bar and sat there for a god 10/15 minutes being ignored before someone finally came to the bar and mentioned that the bar was closed. Who closes the bar in the middle of the day? This used to be my go-to spot but I don’t want to come back now. I don’t get how yall are still open, the staff have gotten horrible over the years.

It’s a HELL NAH from us. Food was burnt, tasted, frozen, shrimp was white, chicken tenders looked like rat nuggets and were hard as a brick. I would never in my life recommend this to my worst enemy. I didn’t find anything funny after chewing for an hour. (I had the steak) and my kid brother didn’t even eat his burger and he eats everything. Service was ok and the food was bottom of the barrel. Do not go there ever in your life. We still even spent over $100 after a discount on a value items that were NASTY AS HELL.

Ordered from here for a late night dinner while babysitting a little one.
Got the baked soft pretzel logs with cheese dipping sauce and garlic green beans for myself, kids quesadilla for the kiddo I was watching with a side of steamed broccoli.

The soft pretzel logs were okay I guess... Only reason they get two stars because they were edible. They tasted strangely like whole wheat pretzel? So weren't satisfying in terms of what I was expecting. Oddly enough, the container of them had a little dipping cup of what I assumed was the cheese dipping sauce. It turned out to be some sort of mustard sauce.

I'm allergic to mustard so my throat was itching for a good hour or two. I could tell after the first bite. I'd have to have a lot of mustard for it to be a serious problem so it's something I can handle but mustard allergy, while considered uncommon, is also one of the most common spice allergies. There was no mention of it on the app.

So, I wish I had known because I hate the feeling in my throat. The UberEats app only mentioned cheese dipping sauce.

I noticed the kids quesadilla did not include a side of diced tomatoes which was listed on the menu (UberEats). There was another large cup of what initially appeared to be mashed potatoes, which I figured they subbed out the tomatoes for. It turned out THAT was actually the beer cheese dipping sauce for the pretzels. Really large cup, I mean I love generous proportions so not complaining there but just seemed dumb and weird to put an unmentioned mustard sauce in the pretzel container, then giant cup of cheese sauce separately... also was some bizarre white cheese.

The green beans were horifically salty, and garlicky to the point of having that fishy taste. I thoroughly rinsed them with water to make them edible.

I wouldn't eat from here again even if someone else was paying. This franchise can't go bankrupt fast enough.

This place crazy. The service was trash. We had to wait 15-20 minutes to order after we received our appetizer because the man just dipped off. When we finally got our food it was cold and my girl order was wrong so she had to wait another 15 minutes for hers. Everybody just sitting around on their phones. Host was unprofessional. Terrible. At least they played good music though.

Worse Applebees I’ve been to. Rude staff. Jazmin the manager really needs to reevaluate her position and lead a team where customers service is eminent. Even the atmosphere is dreadful. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Management is the worst in Largo, MD. When you have people ready for two late (before 10pm) drinks & you have a bartender that laughs at them for wanting to make a purchase then tells them no, there's a customer service issue. Y'all need to fix that because the old school patrons (the base) are feeling dissed & with other establishments in the neighborhood things could change!…?️?

Terrible experience — we were killing time before haunted house and ordered appetizers and waited an hour for the waiter to come back and say “something happened in the back so your order got wiped out” he really didn’t put the order in. No manager came out and nobody said anything we paid for our drinks and left.

So the carryout was empty at the time I arrived. It was 1600 at the time I sat in the carryout section. The wait was 10 minutes before someone even came to the front. She walked by a few times before even greeting me. Someone else told her that I was there to place an order. When she finally choose to recognize I was there to order, she complained about everything as she took my order and didn't bring the drink out. The cashier then said it would be about 15 minutes, which she didn't come back to check on me at all. So a guy comes in and had an online order. He gave her the name... Then goes outside to wait. 30 minutes later comes back in, I didn't get my order yet and another guy comes in after him with an Uber order not even ready. 15 minutes later a lady comes in and says she has an online order. Then 10 minutes later a worker shows up and said he could help. When the young man gets there he is bringing out everyone's food and the girl didn't put napkins or utensils in the bags. I still had to wait after everyone else even though I was in the carryout section first. The other guy was missing shrimp. My drink came out after everyone else received their order. My bill came to 23.55. The bathroom was clean. While I'm sitting in the carryout section, I can hear the girl complaining in the kitchen about everything else going on in the restaurant while everyone is waiting on their order. The hospitality industry needs to train these people on their customer service.

Literally the worst Applebees lol everything I asked for they was out of I got there at 8pm. This Applebees a whole joke, and the server took 30 minutes to tell me everything I ordered was no longer available. Let’s just say go someplace else they ain’t even have the $1 margaritas
