If I could give a half star (only due to the server there) I would. It was 80+ degrees today. I had a hankering for a strawberry sundae with vanilla ice cream. I drove to the location to get my ice cream. They had very few flavors no vanilla no chocolate no strawberry topping as I was willing to buy a quart and just have them create it from my court, I have never Seen a location such as this. Get it together warm weather is here and there are others like me who like dipped ice cream not soft serve. Otherwise I would go to Rita’s!!! Ridiculous!!!

the worker was so tired she gave me the wrong donut then I asked for the right one and she didn't even bother to change the first donut so I got a free donut 10/10 service she needs a break

Horrible experience. Ordered for delivery and was disappointed because they canceled my order because the ice cream was melting. Because their freezer was busted. Not happy ?

The phone number listed didn’t even work today. Drove to store, only 1 person working front counter, no greetings or help. Icecream cakes reduced to one small freezer. $45 for a small sheet cake and $67 for a medium half sheet cake. They looked old and shrunken in the freezer so they may have been bigger when fresh. Pricing for cakes are drastically lower at other local Baskin Robbins.

I rarely even go to BR& DD anymore, but it was on my route, so I stopped in. The two workers there on 12/1 was talking to this lady when I walked in, one was just slouched over not even talking. I'm in the service industry, so I understand. They didn't acknowledge me, or say anything. I just walked out. Won't be going back! ????. This place sucks!

I placed an Uber eats order and after an hour and a half, my order was canceled. I waited an hour and a half for this order and my driver waited over 20 minutes at the location. I called the store to find out why & a young girl brattily answered the phone "hello..". I asked what establishment it was and she just sounded confused. Talking to her was getting me nowhere, so I asked for a manager and was told that there wasn't one. She then said she was one. She then proceeded to get an attitude and hang up the phone. I called back several times and no one answered but the last time, a boy answered. Same hello, no business, no name, no nothing. So I asked him to speak to a manager and he said "this is the manager". I asked how many managers there were because the first girl who answered the phone said she was a manager as well. I asked for a person in charge and he hung up the phone. I could hear laughing, it sounded like a middle school classroom. I want to know what happened with my order and why it took so long. And why there was no one to speak with to resolve this issue.

Horrible ! I placed an Uber eats order and I ordered the double scoop item on the menu. It comes with 2 different flavors of ice cream and any toppings you want. So I ordered snickers ice cream along with icing on the cake, and for my toppings I paid an extra $1.96 for 2 toppings I wanted on my ice cream. The Uber driver was very nice and my order came quickly. As I proceeded to open my order, I seen that it was all the way incorrect! They totally jacked up my order. Instead of receiving 2 flavors , and my toppings I wanted , I only received 1 flavor of ice cream and the wrong toppings. And to make things worse , the flavor of ice cream they gave me was fat-free vanilla yogurt ice cream. How disgusting !! If I wanted fat free ice cream I wouldn’t have ordered . Imagine you placing your order , paying for it, excitingly waiting to enjoy your food; for it to be an absolute nightmare!!!!!!!!! Never ordering from here again ?

Came once for coffee 3 weeks ago and was pissd off that the coffee was lukewarm when I got in my car. Return to town for work this week, come in hoping for the best. No milkshakes available, no reason as to why either. Wont be a 3rd visit

They actually do not have 80% of the items listed on the menu. I tried to order from here ma y times and Everytime they say " we are out of that".

Not a good experience. It took 3 employees, 3 corrective repetitions of my order and a partial refund to receive my food and drinks...with no apologies for *their errors*, and no response to my cheery "thank you" when they finally completed my order. I shall be spending my money elsewhere in future.

I came in around 8pm Saturday 7/24 and there were two girls working and they were amazing!! Both of them had great customer service, very friendly and seem like hard workers! I definitely would keep coming back just for them. They are doing a great job!!

I walked to the door 7 minutes before 9pm as the sign still said open. As I approach a guy locked the door and walked away. I then engaged with the other employees asking why they are closed before 9pm and as we were talking the lights in the location were turned off. The three were very unprofessional and it shows they lack work ethic. I was not alone. There were 4 other customers wondering why they closed early. Meanwhile google says they don’t close till 10pm. I can’t visit this location in the future.
