Literally the best brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso in the world. Idk how they do it but they just never miss. ESJ cafe could never.

I decided to go here today because I forgot my lunch. I wanted to get a "protein bowl" because on one of the signs it said it was only $4.79 as long as you picked something like tuna/tofu/falafel. I got the bowl with just tuna and rice, nothing else. I was charged $7.49 for the food despite what the sign said. Not to mention, looking at the menu screens for building the bowl, it didn't show any additional costs for the rice or tuna I asked for. Also, they gave me canned tuna, instead of the sushi tuna that they usually put in the bowls.Overall, I don't know if the staff made a mistake (most of them spoke broken english) or if they charged me extra on purpose. Either way, not eating there again.

Decided to give this “5 star” cafe a try. Whoever manages this place should go on TikTok and buy a business book from an allegedly self promoted entrepreneur. Asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese and somehow it grew blueberries.Ordered a bowl with chicken, rice, spinach, mixed greens, corn, black beans and a egg. The only part of the bowl that was not messed up was the boiled egg.The chicken. When I asked for spinach they gave me not one, not two, not three, but a generous 4 leaves of spinach. The grilled chicken here would make the Sahara seem like an ocean. The rice tastes like it was taken out of the cooker diez minutos too early.Unless you’re buying food to feed your 5 year old, maybe the back breaking labor is better spent elsewhere. The staff were decently nice.and since when was Starbucks slogan “we proudly serve?”

Has to be the worst cafe on UMD's campus. I asked for a medium coffee, they gave me a small and charged me for a medium. I gave them another chance. I asked for a coffee with a shot of espresso in it ($0.90 extra), they gave me a coffee with an an actual cup of espresso on the side that cost $2.45 extra. When I asked if they could fix it, they dumped the cup of espresso into my coffee instead of giving me the $0.90 shot of espresso I originally asked for. They don't give you a receipt for your orders so when you go to dispute them, they refuse to listen. Lastly, most of them barely speak or understand English so you're basically out of luck with talking to anyone when they mess up your order.
