Lindsay was such a great server. We never had to wonder where she was and she always made sure we were alright. I had the lunch special 10 wings and fries but substituted them for potato wedges. My wings sauce was buffalo hot and honey garlic. I also had a strawberry margarita and the bartender was also very nice. Food did not take long to come out at all. I would recommend and if in the area again will visit this location.

Everytime I come here to pick up it’s never ready….it can be 10 min, 30 min, 45 min later, it’s not ready. Today it was actually ready & NO ONE KNEW! Food just sitting there getting cold.

Food was okay – nothing special, just average. The service, though, was slow and not very attentive. Had to wait a while to get refills and check-ins. The atmosphere was crowded and kind of hectic, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the meal. Probably better if you’re just here to watch a game and don’t mind the noise, but not the best spot if you’re looking for good service or a chill vibe.

Avoid dining in!!!
Went in yesterday as a party of 10.. & it took about 30 minutes just for drinks to come out. We were able to order 30 minutes in prior to sitting down. I asked for a new server & they mentioned I had to understand it was 10 of us & 1 server. As a server it does not take me 30 minutes to run some drinks.. Aside from that our server forgot to ring in an order. Order didn’t come until we had all finished eating. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Wings felt like they had been sitting for days, as well as the fries, which were dry and felt like they had been cooked days ago and were just heated up. I hurt my mouth and gum when biting onto a fry as they felt very hard.

Trash service. Trash food. The glory days of Buffalo Wild Wings are long gone. It used to be the go-to spot for good bar food, fast service, cold beer, and a good game on. Now? It’s a joke.
I’ve made every excuse in the book in the past.. maybe they’re short-staffed, maybe it’s poor management, maybe it’s just an off day, maybe the beer won’t be warm this time. But nope. Today was the last straw.
The service was absolute garbage. I’m done. I won’t waste another dollar or another minute at a Wild Wings ever again.
Restaurantji Recommends
I just wanted a couple of beers but then they limit till 4 till we have to order food. I feel like if I just wanted drinks I would go somewhere else bc how bout if I didn’t want food and know my limit is kinda crazy. I would go somewhere else

Some definite pluses and minuses at the College Park location. The good....the Bacon Smashed Hatch Chile Cheese Burger was outstanding. Cooked perfectly, well seasoned and a great size. The onion rings were delicious.
The bad....the onion rings were way overpriced. $10 app for what amounts to a 50c amount of onion. The Mac and cheese side was bland, and the Beer Cheese Cheesesteak was borderline atrocious. Zero flavor, barely any meat and all bread which was close to stale. I wish everything could have been on par with the burger.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Avoid at All Costs
This was, without a doubt, one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Buffalo Wild Wings does not take cleanliness—or customer service—seriously.
First, the bathroom was so filthy I could barely breathe. The stench alone was nauseating, and everything looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days—if not weeks. That level of filth is completely unacceptable for any public establishment, let alone a place that serves food.
When I got to my table, things only got worse. The tables were grimy, the seats were stained and sticky, and the entire dining area felt like it hadn’t seen a mop or wipe-down in ages. I honestly didn’t even feel comfortable touching anything, let alone eating.
To top it all off, I sat there for over 10 minutes without being greeted, acknowledged, or even looked at by a single staff member. There were clearly not enough employees working, and the ones who were there looked overwhelmed and disengaged. No eye contact, no apologies—just total chaos.
If this location is any indication of the company’s standards, then Buffalo Wild Wings should be ashamed. This place was an absolute disgrace from top to bottom. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—not even for takeout. Health department, take note.
