They’re open till 1 but stop serving at 11 pm might as well as well close at 12 instead. Don’t advertise the hours you don’t serve at.

Host sat us at a table. No one came by for over 15 minutes to see if we wanted anything. We got up and left and went to Chipotle across the parking lot. The friendly Chipotle staff waited on us right away and the food was fine. So, that's my review of this place.

They had like no staff working. I sat at a table for 20 minutes, no one even came to take my drink order. It was basically be your own server. I ended up going up to the bar to get my drink and order food. The bathroom was filthy. The food is typical corporate reheated frozen slop. It's sad that these corporate chains are killing independently owned small businesses who actually care about service and quality. If you want some bar food there are plenty of other options out there.

Went out with my friends and sat at the bar. Jamie is an absolute amazing bartender and we had a great time. He has great customer service, is nice, and caring too. On top of his customer service, his drinks are the best!!

Let me just tell you how bad this was ruined my brother's college graduation and the manager here was the most rude person I have EVER met. Out of almost all their beers, terrible service , I waited 45 minutes everyone got their food I was still waiting for a water and my food and a celebration beer. They came back and said out of mich ultra, then I ordered a dosequis told 10 minutes later they are out. I asked the manager if they actually had any beer and he responded very rude to me and said they had modelo and that is a beer very sarcastically I told him he was very rude and asked for the general managers information. His response was instantly that he was unavailable. I had asked for the information not if he was available so he does not even listen. . Daniel is the worst manager ever and should go on the unemployment line. I will be contacting corporate over how we were treated for a party of 12. I'm sure if this is how they are trained then the GM won't have courage to rectify this either. Avoid at all cost.

Food and service quality has gone down unfortunately they only care about tvs and beer.
Also the dude in the wig gets mad if you come in with a big party lol

Me and my friend came in on a Saturday night to watch the games and eat while we watched and conversed. When we came in there was a bunch of people coming in after us and we all waited about 10 or 15 mins ɓefore an employee came to seat customers. There was confusion about seating at the bar and seating around the bar. Eventually, we were seated at a table next to the bar. The table was still dirty and hadn't been cleaned previously, during, or after we were seated. Then we noticed that the group of 6 -8 ppl (who happened to be Caucasian) who came in after us was being waited on while we sat and waited another 15 - 20 mins to get a server. The server seemed young and very basic. The food was good but the soda was flat. Just a terrible experience overall excluding the food. Hope they can get things together in the back.

Just absolutely pitiful. The manager was so extremely lazy Sunday 11/16. The manager was huffing and rolling her eyes like an entitled teenager when I asked for a simple tv change. It took 30 minutes for her to even change which she didn’t even tell me she did. She put it on a tv not pointed at my table. I also waited 15 minutes for the server to introduce themselves. Save yourself time and go ANYWHERE else seriously.

It took 20 minutes for the bar tender to even acknowledge us. They didn't have any wine not in individual cartons and she gave me a soaking wet glass she had just washed.

Terrible experience waited a half hour before a waiting staff came to our table. Gave orders waited an additional half hour and didn't even receive drinks.

My husband and I sat at the bar, the bartender was very polite and attentive. There was a horrible odor coming from behind the bar. I asked what the smell was and she was honest. She said it was their plumbing. It continued to get worse. We asked to eat at the table behind us. She obliged. Food ok. Was tild issue had been mentioned before. Never fixed. Not going back

I am not usually a negative reviewer, but I highly discourage anyone ordering takeout from here. What was supposed to take 20 minutes to be ready took close to an additional 40 minutes. Then when the order came, it was missing an order of wings. That took an additional 20 minutes for them to prepare. Meanwhile, I’m standing there watching them provide order after order to people who came in after me.

Again, I’m not a complainer and I understand a busy restaurant, but the delay and no offer of a concession was not great service.
