As far a chick fil a goes, this is a pretty bad one. I order on DoorDash regularly and never receive a straw, a seemingly small gripe, but it literally happens every single time. Order is messed up occasionally which usually never happens with chick fil a.
Staff are extremely friendly and get my order right every time:)) I cannot stress how much I appreciate their customer service and their unwillingness to compromise their values. I will pick chick fil a every time because of it. Keep up the great work!
