Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love chipotle but this one in particular I’ve started to dislike without failure they act so stingy for some reason this woman literally sprinkled chicken on my bowl like a corner of the open and called it a day. I’m just gonna stop coming here at this point and I never want to eat inside because I feel so disappointed after I ordered I just wanna go straight home. Doesn’t help that 50% of the tables are dirty

This location has it dialed in! While most Chipotle’s have mediocre service, this one is amazing! Your formula should be copied nationwide!

I ordered bowl at 9:25 pm 35 minutes before closing and they had no beans and I was charge for the same price without any beans

Kenny went above and beyond when I asked if I could have vegan and GF option, he checked and even gave me the list to make me feel assured. My family and I all feel welcomed ( my husband and our 2 little kids even though I was the only one with diet restrictions). I enjoyed my GF and vegan bowl and my family loved their as well. Thank you Kenny and the rest of the staff for the excellent service🙏🏼

I literally just left from this location. I wish I would have gotten the name of the very rude lady working the cash register at about 10:15pm on 9/12. I went in, ordered a bowl and it was made perfectly. However, they didn’t have the green hot sauce that I MUST have (it’s my fav). I went two weeks prior and they didn’t have it then so I tried the green salsa.. didn't quite hit the spot, but back to today! I requested a refund because they were out again (I tried to look over to see if they had it, but I was next in line and come on, I have never been to a chipotle that didn’t have it. The “rude lady” initially said “The green hot sauce is extra and I can’t refund you” . After speaking with another employee, I was refunded, However, what she said to me was unbelievable. She said “next time, look over there to see if the green sauce is there and if this happens again, I will not refund you”. Liikke, this is all so piety and I feel like I’m being piety for writing this review BUT ITS THE PRINCIPLE”. It’s like, if I order fries, and you don’t have ketchup, I don’t want to eat the fries , so why would I pay for the fries. Don’t make me feel like a bothersome person when I was very polite acknowledging to her that it wasn’t her fault it’s just how I like to eat my chipotle, only to be looked at as if I was the problem. Her employees saved her because I left out the other details but yeah. Great location otherwise but I will just go to another one to avoid her (and I live right down the street).

Very small portion of food. Seriously, even a child wouldn’t be full with this size. You need to train your staff better. don’t be so cheap, or you’re going to lose customers at this location.

I have been to this place few times during my UMD visit. I liked it. Giving 4 stars because they charged for bag stealthily without informing me upfront about it. Also for Honey chicken they charged extra and I didn’t see it on their menu board.

Google says they open at 10 am but they really don’t open until 10:30am. Please keep that in mind before you make the drive .

Our office ordered take out today on Door Dash, mind you it was a large order over $150.00, our chips were stale, we did not get the sides of sour cream as requested or the honey vinaigrette. barley any meat in our dishes and one of them had no beans, so disappointing and unacceptable.

Update we only ate a little of our food, and I think we all have food poisonings. Very nauseous and sick.
