I placed my order through the app, for pickup at the College Park location (Knox Rd/Baltimore Ave). I gave a $5.00 tip & rounded my order up. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, with corn & extra rice. The label stated my order correctly, however this is what I got! WTH!?

Real Food. Excellent Value. Phenomenal Hospitality!

When I first started going here about two years ago, it was okay, but there have been a lot of improvements. My order is consistently ready when I arrive.

I was a little early this morning but they saw me and made the order and even let me know.

Most of the staff are very nice and hospitable. Manuel and David are the most hospitable Chipotle team members I have met across many Chipotles in multiple states.

In terms of value, it is hard to beat Chipotle. If you take into account the quality of the food, the quantity you get which is easily two meals, the amount you pay out the door, the fact that it is healthy for real food, it is an obvious choice.

If you have never had Chipotle, You Are Missing Out!

I went to place an in store order after visiting family and they completely disregarded that my sister wanted a burrito and gave her and bowl instead and then it seem like the manager was rushing me to pay and then the topping station did my bowl a little sloppy. I can overall say this is my top worst experience.

This was the absolutely worst chipotle I’ve been to,I came to get my usual order and I asked for sour cream and salsa on the side but they said it was extra so I was like okay thats fine.. they just got my sour cream and forgot my salsa still charged me 2 sides… I also asked for a side of queso and they didn’t even fill the cup like the queso its expensive and thats all i’m getting??? The beans were tasteless, the rice was RAW!! Yeah absolutely no..

Lots of negative reviews about this location, but when I came on a Tuesday night around 7:30pm it was fine. Portions were large and staff were courteous but not overly friendly. Line moved fairly quickly. Seems to be that ordering in person is a safer bet than online/delivery. This is a restaurant plaza in a college town so expect it to be a bit chaotic. Parking in the plaza is $2/hr.

Came in on a Wednesday for my regular and a college student gave me a water cup with a bug in it. I’ve never had this happen to me before. As I was going in for the first sip, I saw the critter floating around and immediately spit my water out. The cashier said there’s no way this could’ve happened and asked to see the bug for proof, but I had thrown the cup away by then. Safe to say I won’t be coming here again. I would never trust these people with my bowl—they can’t even give me a clean empty cup.

If I could, I would give them a -5 rating. It was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a water cup, but the cashier gave me one with a bug inside. I could see that the bug had been deliberately smooshed into the cup.

The worst! I placed an order through Uber Eats because I’m sick with Covid and you had the great idea to barely put food in my bowl! Actually two bowls! Mine and my husband’s. The portion was so ridiculous that we started to laugh before we got mad. We talked about it before we placed the order, but i assured him that it won’t happen. We paid $30+ for a fork worth of meat and a few spoons of rice( like you can see in the pictures. When I picked up the bag i thought they missed one bowl, that’s how light the bag was. Nope there were two bowls we barely food in it. I complained to uber and they did nothing, so I canceled my subscription with them. Online orders should be taken more seriously. Thanks for ruining my night!
