Convenient location for students at college. The serving portion was decent but not as much as I expected. Perhaps this was instructed by management staff. The long line didn't help but it's a Chipotle so that's expected.

I have had horrible experiences with this Chipotle. Anytime I do delivery, my meal is always disappointing. They are very stingy with double meat, and the rice was undercooked. Also, the chicken is sometimes tasteless. It's hard being a student at UMD craving chipotle when this chipotle sucks. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Trash piled in the front of restaurant, the staff was incredibly rude. They closed the bathrooms while the restaurant was still open and refused to let anyone in. I’ve never gone to a restaurant where there’s piles of trash where food is being served, trash blocking doors, and people are barred from using the restroom during business hours. It’s not safe to eat here.

Stingy chipotle!!

Food was very bad at this location. Beans were severely undercooked and they ran out of forks, spoons, and straws on the day I was a patron. When I asked the manager why he told me that it indicates that this unit is a busy store and the college students don't care so why should I. No offer to help. No drink lids and Out of carnitas as well. This store SUCKS. HYATTSVILLE IS WAY BETTER.

Honestly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. 2 hours before they close and out of chicken but when I ask to wait they say they aren’t making any more today. They said the remaining tortillas are for quesadillas only but can’t use one for my burrito. Offer to pay extra for the tortilla but they won’t make me one. Servers were just mean.
