Ordered the thai-tanic rolled ice cream and it was scrumptious! I added mango, oreo crumbs, and strawberry syrup 🍦

They don’t package orders well. No reason why my drinks are not upright and falling all over the place. Invest in durable bags or high quality packing material that is sturdy. Customer service also needs work.

I was not greeted when I walked into the store today. Three minutes went by as I stood at the counter before the store clerk decided to acknowledge that I was even there. I practically had to walk around the counter TWICE and glare at her before she actually said something. If you’re the only one in the store, and you hear the door open (it chimes), you should look up and acknowledge customers as they enter your establishment. Especially if you are preoccupied with an existing order. A simple, “Hello. I’ll be right with you” or “I’ll be with you momentarily” will suffice. There should be no reason why I’m not being acknowledged when I’m just trying to pick up an order. I generally have a positive experience at this location; however, I didn’t recognize the young lady today and it definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. My sister & I order from here all the time but this just maybe the last time.

There is WAY TOO MUCH sugar in their smoothies. Ask for half sugar at the most.

the wait is painfully long, but the ice cream is nice. Even if you’re basically the only person in the shop, be prepared to wait for ~20 minutes.

Kid-friendliness: No kid size ice cream, but the Rainbow Roll was perfect for my rainbow loving 3YO. It was fun to watch them roll the ice cream - made it more of an outing than just buying ice cream.

Hmm.. $8.50 for a small ice cream that I wasn’t a huge fan of. Not very sweet and left a wax like coating in my mouth after. Wouldn’t come again ! I got the Thai ice cream . Didn’t taste like anything
