Went here and was told to sit at the bar since I was solo. I sat at the bar for 20 mins without anyone asking me if I needed a glass of water at best: once I signaled the hostess she noticed I hadn’t been served either so she asked the guy behind the bar who was making coffee could he assist me. His exact words were “no not until I finish what I’m doing. She was even taken aback because I could hear his response. I proceeded to leave but then a lady who also heard him came to me and said I’ll help you. I’m appalled at the way customer service is so rare these days. I love dennys but that experience changes everything!
