This is the worst food delivery service I have ever experienced. Placed an order online at 6:30pm for dinner. I waited for nearly 3 hours only to get a call from the first driver that he went to the airport. I called the store to complain because I live only 15minutes away from the store location. The second driver called me to inform me that Google maps and Waze is not working. I highly recommend that you stay away from this Dominos location. Horrible service, rude customer service reps, no clue of what they are doing and I hope they shut down really fast.

Called to order. Drove all the way there walked in and heard the phone going off repeatedly. I asked if the phone was broken and she couldn’t hear me over the phone ringing. Downloaded the app and ordered online. Almost 15 minutes and never answered the phone. The pizza was fine and I was calling ahead because I was tight on their time so is that their fault? No. But how does a pizza place like dominos not have the ability to answer the phone in the amount of time it took me to do all of that? Why even have a phone

Had to go on another email because it wouldnt let me write two but I always find a way for amazing hard workers. Aiden was amazing. Come out with all sauces and a positive attitude and smile❤️ Give my dude a raise asappp???????

Delivery order :Terrible terrible terrible they do not follow instructions.They’re telling me to call tomorrow because there’s no manager on duty. I got a replacement pizza due on my behalf because I entered the wrong phone number then driver tells me he left my food with a neighbor, a stranger . And said they were going to hold it for me . Now how in the world would a stranger hold my pizza .They told me it was going to be 30 minutes which took an hour on top of that they did not bring the drink I purchased, . I will never again be ordering from College Park Domino you guys need to do better. I appreciate it. The person I was on the phone with they did put in my replacement order.

I put my order in at around 5:28. It took 40 minutes before there was an update saying that the food was being cooked. Then the driver supposedly left with my delivery at 6:30. 20 minutes later my order has still not arrived and the driver was only 15 minutes away when the order left for delivery. Further the estimated delivery time continues to change to a time that is later and later. At this point it will have taken over an hour and a half to get a delivery that was estimated to be in hand 30-40 minutes after being placed. When I called about my concern, neither apology or explanation was offered. This is terrible customer service.
