Only one person working it take too much time they need more staff
Usually good with orders but they usually have at least 2 people working on them. This morning, only 1 was there so order took >1 hour
Absolutely friendly staff. They may mess up an order but will work hard to correct it

Terrible customer service. The lady working there is rude and unprofessional. I left and can't speak for the donuts. Won't be back. Too many other places

Coffee sometimes has no flavor at all just hot water and milk. Specially if you go toward the last hour of closing time I believe they don’t brew coffee just put hot water over old brew

The cashier was very nasty and mean for no reason. I was working at the college remodeling a dorm went to get a coffee on my break. Racial profiling at its best?black people watch out

Nowhere to park at this location. Almost got a tickets just getting some donuts nuggets. She was about to write tickets after I paid meter. Never going back. College Park MD, should not be allowing there residents to pay meter on weekends.

After you place an order at the kiosk, no one is at the counter. Spent 30 minutes here. Didn’t even have the items listed in the kiosk and did not give a refund since the manager was not available. I have never experienced something so silly.

Sesame bagel was chewy, stale and gross. Definitely not going back for breakfast!!

This place is nice bc it’s never crowded when I go. But maybe it’s never crowded for a reason? Make sure you order like 3 hours before they close bc apparently they start closing at least an hour before they are scheduled to close. Ordered at 7:10ish PM online and they couldn’t make my order and I had to get refunded bc they couldn’t make hash browns or a matcha latte that late.
