One of the worst Dunkin's ever

Upon entering the store on the early afternoon 09/02/25 to make a purchase, I was immediately alarmed to see donuts partially pulled away from their protective casing while an employee swept directly in front of and beneath the donut rack.
The donuts were left uncovered and fully exposed to airborne dust and debris stirred up by the broom. This is not only unsanitary, it’s a clear violation of basic food safety standards. I found the situation unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
As a customer, I expect a clean and hygienic environment, especially when it comes to food handling. I will not be returning to this location and intend to escalate this matter to headquarters. I hope the franchise owner take immediate steps to address this issue and prevent similar incidents in the future.
Unfortunately ZERO stars are not an option, when leaving a Goggle review.

I used to come here often because it’s on my way to work. I stopped immediately. This place is dirty and i recently came to that realization when there was a bug floating in my coffee. That bug ended up in my mouth because obviously I’m drinking the coffee I purchased. I called corporate and they said somebody from that location would be in contact with me within 3 business days. It has now almost been 1 month and no one has called my phone or sent an email. I had to go up there and the lady said the manager “left”. I asked who’s in charge and she said she is for right now and she probably lied to my face. Gave me a refund on the coffee and that’s all she had to offer. A $4 refund is no where near equivalent to how unsanitary and disrespectful this situation is. Do NOT go to this location!

Ordered through door dash. Didn’t receive straws for my drinks and one of my drink didn’t have the French vanilla swirl. It was just coffee and cream.

It really shouldnt take 20 minutes to place 12 donuts in a box. No cooking required. I even placed my order ahead of time on the app.

So I visited this DD location and was overlooked for placing my order because I was following the sign to use the kiosk (see photo) and the worker allowed someone else to go in front of my son and I seeing that we were using the kiosk. When saw that he allowed another customer to go in front of us I asked did we have to use the kiosk per the sign and replied no. I then said well we were next in line. Totally unacceptable and showed poor customer service.

Coffee is fine. I do not recommend getting food. They aren’t cleaning their cooking materials enough so everything has the same aftertaste to it. I’ve tried a variety of food items from this location, and it doesn’t matter what it is — it all has a burnt aftertaste.
