If you ever want to know where I’m at the start of each day, just know you can find me here. This is the best dunkin I’ve ever been to, hands down. The service to start was impeccable, and the nicest staff. Brisedia, the manager, couldn’t have been more helpful. Answered all my questions regarding my allergies. And furthermore, I was amazed with my coffee. Would recommend to any morning breakfast goer!!!!
This location's wheelchair accessibility is subpar. The entrance is a set of double doors, one of which is frequently locked, requiring you to use only one door. The door you can use is incredibly heavy and does not open all the way. For a huge chain, this really isn't acceptable. They should either repair the door and make it able to open fully and make it lighter, or add an automatic opener.
That being said their food is enjoyable, and their service tends to be good.
Wheelchair accessibility: The door is heavy and doesn't open all the way. If you have a large wheelchair, this may cause issues.
These people are extremely un attentive, playing on there cell phone and refuse to listen when placing order. Extremely rude and racist vibes here. Based off other reviews, clearly I’m not the only one that noticed the terrible customer service here, I received terrible service by a women who called her self Bresede.

I would come here a lot but maybe it was just a mistake but I usually get a Bagel with cream cheese and twice I had a hair where the cream cheese was. It was a very light kinda long hair. The other issue I would have in my order in the restaurant I would put for also a donut and one a few times they wouldn’t put a donut at all because they would say because we didn’t have that kind of donut but they were charging me for that anyways so I said why don’t you give me any donut then. If someone orders something you just don’t keep their money and not give them anything.

I can’t keep making excuses for this Dunkin. My order is wrong half the time, they don’t even add milk to my coffee half the time (pictures from today), the prices are marked up, their hours are wrong, and they close mobile ordering on free coffee mobile order days, etc. This is genuinely the worst Dunkin in college park and they’re out of ingredients often too. I’m tired of spending $6 for a coffee that doesn’t include 2/4 things that I ordered and I’m ready to switch to Starbucks until further notice, so 2/5 stars.

It was a heavy busy Tuesday morning. There were long lines to the kiosk ordering machine and to the counters. Mobile orders were nicely lined up at the pickup area. My Turkey Sausage Egg & White Cheddar Cheese in Multigrain Bagel and hot coffee were waiting in the same slot there.
