Charged extra for syrup when in general the drink is supposed to come with the syrup. Didn't try to hear me out when I tried to explain in the past I have not been charged for syrup when I order a matcha latte and in general the drink comes with the syrup with no extra charge.

pretty standard, slightly-overpriced coffee shop, but there’s a good selection of snacks and the baked goods are all made fresh on campus. and it is very conveniently located on the first floor of the library

I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew but my drink came looking like a latte, mixed with no cold foam. When I asked the cashier, they tried to convince me it was the same drink by saying the “the picture on the Starbucks menu isn’t supposed to match the drink”

They serve Starbucks coffee and tea, however it is not considered a Starbucks branch.The coffee is ok, the cakes are fresh and delicious, but you may have to stay in line for a few minutes.Overall, it's good to have a coffee shop near while working.

One thing different from all other Starbucks is that their caramel macchiato keeps me awake for overnight and through next day. I do overnights for exams and their caramel macchiato is what I get all the time before the exam.
