I came here with my mother, it was horrible. The food took almost 30 minutes to come, they don't do military discounts which is strange because every ihop we've been to has a military discount. Service was horrible, that Edgar basically played in our service, disrespectful.

I had a horrible experience with IHOP today. I placed my order online at 12:32 pm. It said the order would be ready for pickup at 12:47 pm. I work not far from here, which is why I ordered from here. I was tied up in a meeting at work, so I didn't get to the IHOP until about 1:05 pm to pick up my order. I was greeted by a gentleman that worked there and he said he would go get my order. This gentleman NEVER returned, instead he was waiting tables. I stood and waited until 1;22pm, when someone else finally came over. They checked on one waiting customer but didn't say anything to me, so I said excuse me, and let them know I was waiting on an order. The lady proceeded to tell me that they didn't even see my order in the system but they would make it. I waited for a while longer, then around 1:30 pm I flagged down a manager and brought my concern to him. He was very nonchalant and told me they had a problem with their system, but they would make my food and to give them a few minutes. At almost 1:40 pm I finally got my food and had to rush back to work. I missed and used over my total lunch break and my food wasn't even good. it tasted rushed and nobody there apologized for me waiting a hour for my food, that they admitted to my face that they didn't even know about. This was highly unprofessional and it wasn't even very busy there. I felt ignored by the people who worked there and this is not a good feeling. This needs to be addressed ASAP!!

The food was ok. The service was extremely slow even though there was literally nobody else in there. The kid was talking to his friend the whole time never checked in. Then tried to gip us on the kids eat for free!

They have good food like most restaurants in this chain, but to be honest it doesn't offer anything different from the others, the bathrooms are clean and even forgiveness is a bit nice
First my food was cooked wrong and it was cold. I asked for a remake, and all they did was zap it in the microwave. Second, all they had to offer was strawberry jelly, which my sister is allergic to. No honey, apple butter or other jelly. I've tried to give this location my business since it's literally 4 minutes from my house. I will be visiting the other location hoping for a better experience.

Today when we went to eat I ordered an ambuquesa from the waiter who never brought one. We finished eating and after 45 minutes he arrived with the burger. Terrible service 😡 I do not recommend the Ihop in college park I will never return to that place

I was far away from my house and I stop by to place a take out order. Fatima took my order all wrong. First I order pancakes for my husband and orange juice and chicken quesadillas and a drink for me. I wait it for my order for a long time and when it was ready the pancakes and orange juice were missing. She was not paying attention or listening to what I was ordering. She states I didn’t place order for that, I knew what I order. The IHOP’s near where I live employees are very diligent and attentive. Very unhappy customer.

Wow (only read if you are prepared to be bamboozled)... How does two slices of French toast, an apple juice and two slices of bacon cost $25 with tip. I mean I understand inflation but come on, this is nuts. I’m not one to write reviews but this this definitely calls for one. Two slices of bread costs 12 dollars, a simple glass of apple juice costs five dollars, and the bacon and the tip take the ladder. I will not be buying ihop anytime soon.
