Randomly closed on a Tuesday when their website says they're open.... Like the other comments mention, call before walking or driving over. There's no consistency with this location.

This is worst jimmy John’s in the country. It takes over an hour to get a sandwich out for delivery. They never answer the phone and when they do it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Needs to be shut down asap. A complete

When it’s open it’s good. It’s always randomly closed. It’s happened multiple times that it’ll say open online and i get there and it’s closed which is extremely inconvenient. Never trust the online

This store is so unreliable, it does the rest of the JJ's chain a disservice. They rarely have enough delivery drivers, and when they do, orders consistently take over an hour to arrive and are missing elements. Don't bother giving me the link feedback form - every time I fill it out, I don't hear anything back from the customer service team or store ownership. It's clear they don't care.

And I had just given these guys 5 stars. (for a pick up order) Delivery has gotten so slow that we will never order delivery again. I places my order at 12:57 and now it is 2:34 and we are still waiting with no time update. Lady picks up and says food is on the way and he has alot of deliveries. Maybe hire more drivers? I had called the first time and she stated that the bread is coming out of the oven and its still too hot to use. I mean I admire the freshness but it took up 40 mins alone to bake bread? What if I was a walk in customer? The student base used to work at this location but not anymore I suppose. Ill go back to Jersey Mikes from now on. Yall are lucky this is a CC order and not a cash order. I would seriously let you guys come all the way just to say take it back. Yes we are all hungry and very frustrated.

Closed 10 minutes early when I ran to try to get food. Food is fine but closing before 8:50 is unacceptable. Genuinely pissed off.

Jimmy John's, consistent fresh food served ridiculously fast and remarkably accurately. Five plus years this location has been literally serving this Gaithersburg community. Plus the fringe areas of 20878 with their freakishly fast delivery service. Last I checked it is a locally owned and operated establishment and I try to honor that with bi-monthly visits. View with your dollar! Peace!
Save your money and go somewhere else. This specific location is pretty terrible.

Call before you drive here. Hours are never consistent! I love love love me a Jimmy John's sandwich but I am so hesitant to come here. The staff are always nice but the hours and mobile never work. Oh and their sweet tea is never made.

So 1st let me say I LOOOOVE JJ food. It's why I continue to go back. But this College Park location has gone waaay down in customer service.I walked into the store. There was a guy slicing meat at the meat counter amd a lady preparing the dough for the bread.Then some other guy dressed in sweats and a t-shirt with his headphones in his ears, comes our of no where and asks me what I want.I told him a #9 with no hot peppers.He says #9 doesn't come with hot peppers anyway. The #7 doesI said oh ok. Well, either way, I want a #9, no hot peppers.He says is that it?No, I'll have another #9 on lettuce. No tomatoes. And these 2 bags of chips.He looks at me and says "what no drinks!!?" With an attitude!I said NO. NO drinks.....now I say it with an attitude.He rings me up and repeats the order. They start preparing the order and I asked for extra dressing.They had NO nice-ness. NO cordial-ness. NO smiles...at ALL.They didn't used to be this way at this store.Unfortunately, it's the only store close by now, since the other one down the street closed. But I don't like the "I don't give 2 sh*ts" attitude.
