The meals and drinks are very Taiwanese! (Unfortunately, the noodles of beef noodles are a bit rotten...)

Jumbo jumbo is my go-to spot when I crave Asian food. I always order the chili basil chicken; these chicken bites are perfectly seasoned every time. The boba tea and smoothies are always perfect. The ordering process is very smooth, and the place looks nice and clean.

I tried the Taiwanese Chicken w/ Ground Pork on Rice. Portion sizes provide incredible value and are extremely filling. Been visiting here since around 2020 and it certainly doesn’t disappoint. The chicken was slightly salty but the combination of flavors between a hint of spicy and savory from Taiwanese chicken is complimented by the ground pork on rice with the freshness from the vegetables. All things considered, a great hole in the wall kind of place. Went in on a Friday night and the place was pretty quiet with the exception of a few people dining in. Most take food to go, service was efficient and enjoyable. My only suggestion is that the rice is lacking some type of sauce considering the portion size. Great food, atmosphere and great flavors!

I bought pork chop soup for my sick husband. The soup was very good for him. He felt much better after eating it. I kind of expected the pork chops to be in the soup. But they were on the side and breaded . They had a very distinct taste that was delicious. And the best thing, nothing seemed over salted. Generous portion size.

Jumbo Jumbo is my go-to spot for boba cravings. I'm a regular here, and it's always impressively clean and peaceful. On this visit, I tried both the taro milk tea and almond milk tea. The taro flavor reminded me of red velvet cake - a unique and enjoyable twist. The almond milk tea had hints of chai and a richer brown sugar taste. It tastes best with the classic tapioca pearls which are chewy with mild taste which is sometimes more brown sugary tasting but it's kind of flavorless in a way. What sets this place apart is their flexibility - I requested the removal of jelly from my drink, and they were more than happy to accommodate. Visiting close to closing time, around 8 PM, you'll find college kids chatting and munching away. Keep in mind, though, tapioca pearls might run out at that point. To be safe, swing by earlier or be open to alternatives. Overall, fantastic service and an ideal spot to relax and catch up with friends.

The food is good— authentic Taiwanese cuisine. The only problem is why I can’t order fried tempura on Ubereat or Chowbus?

Good food here! The thai spicy chicken and the taiwanese chicken are my absolute favorites. It is a must try if you are in the area. Prices are fine considering the portions you get.

The food was very salty. The service was average as well as the environment. We ordered the tofu dish, popcorn chicken, and the chicken with rice. The sauce with the tofu was extremely salty and there wasn’t enough rice to compensate with the amount of sauce. Similarly, the popcorn chicken was also very salty.

Some of the best Taiwanese fried chicken I've ever had, and everything else was very good. The beef noodle soup was great, as well as the squid noodle soup. Not too salty like many other restaurants. Good tea selection and it's great that they have red bean, grass jelly, and more alongside the boba. It'd be nice to have actual silverware instead of disposable utensils but that's not too big of a deal. Cashier was great.

Great places to get Taiwanese food after classes! Food is relatively inexpensive, but they provide great portions that will absolutely fill you up. The location is convenient and the interior of the restaurant is also nice to spend long amounts of time in.

This is the best Taiwanese chicken I’ve had. Genuinely! I’ve been here SO many times and it’s always very crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. You get a big portion too! I get the Taiwanese chicken meal usually, which comes with rice and some vegetables.I’ve also bought it as takeout and it’s good.I only really recommend the chicken. I’ve tried some other food items, but none of them were noteworthy. I tried the beef brisket with rice once but there were very few pieces of beef. I’ve had tomato and egg as well, but found it not filling enough.I do not recommend the boba, it is usually way too sweet and the boba is too mushy. Also tastes powdery sometimes.

Under qualified food and terrible service!!! I have been going to Jumbo jumbo since last August and today will be my LAST day coming to this store. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED!! I came to get the kumquat boba tea and at first attempt, the owner lady gave me a drink that looked liked someone had made a mistake because the ice in the drink was completely melted and it wasn't even cold. I told her about the drink and she gave me a rude look and then started banging stuff around in the kitchen while making my new drink, as if she wanted to make a point or something. I come to get food at Jumbo jumbo at least twice a week and have recommended them to a lot of my friends. Sometimes the food is not good in terms of quality, but I just let it go and won't order the same dishes again and have never made any complaints. I tip every time, even when doing takeout. I don't understand why I got treated as if I was the problem and begging her. Taiwanese people are generally known for their consideration and kindness. That's why I love the people, culture, and food, but this lady thinks she is above her customers to treat them like this. Maybe today this business only lost one customer. With this kind of attitude from the owner, I wouldn't be surprised if they lose more customers. I hope no one has to endure this kind of service!
