The tea here used to be good. However, I think because this building is slated to be closed soon, the owners are letting it go to garbage. We've showed up and no one is there to staff it. Now there is no AC and perpetual dripping... I'm worried for the employees who could get hurt. I'm concerned about the mold likely growing here. As a nearby resident, I'm embarrassed and wish the city would step in.

Drinks are ok, No AC, ask for a spoon they don’t have it. They have the dirtiest restroom yellow stain all over the toilet seat. It makes me regret ordering anything to eat/drink here.

I visited this Kung Fu Tea location a month ago and again today, and both times there was no air conditioning running despite the extreme summer heat. It was really uncomfortable inside, and I felt sad for the employees who have to work in such hot conditions all day. The drinks are good as always, but I hope the management fixes the AC soon for the comfort of both customers and staff.

Amazing!!! The employees were so nice and helpful. Went here with my grandma, who had never had bubble tea before. They gave her recommendations and helped her so much. They were so polite and respectful. Had no problems whatsoever. I have no idea what the other reviews are talking about, I didn't experience ANY of what they are saying.

This store is always closing early, they never update the times that they are closing and there was one incident that I ordered tea and the closing time said 10pm on the app meanwhile the store has physically closed way before and I wasn’t able to get my money back after several days. They need to be more professional and the close at the correct time as stated. If needed, they should update the store times on the app and online.
Today, 6/1/25 I came at 8:42pm for tea and they have already closed the store. This was the last straw so here I am writing a review.

do not recommend. does this place not have AC? I was BURNING and could not enjoy the drink at all. do not come here, I was sweating profusely just while standing and ordering my drink. it cannot be legal for the staff to work multiple hour shifts with temperatures as high as 90 degrees in here. also, there are always so many ingredients that are out and I can never buy the drinks I want. please fix the management in the store, it is unacceptable.

I just reported this establishment to the better business bureau because they took my money, refused to make my drink, and admitted that I deserved a refund but that I "probably wouldn't get one" because their manager "never comes in". They're also frequently closed during normal business hours (although still accepting orders and money apparently?). It took a week of me calling and trying to show up in person after the order was placed for me to actually make contact about this issue, when they told me about their useless manager. I also tried reporting this location to corporate with no response because they only have an email inbox (no phone number) that they don't respond to. So, if you enjoy the sweet refreshing taste of THEFT, by all means give this business your money!

this place is just really poorly maintained. you can get tea but it's not pleasant inside.

Me and my friends recently ordered from here yesterday. It said they are open at 12. We placed our orders online around 12:30 just for them to still be closed. We also kept calling and no answer. Very inconvenient.

Service: Two drinks ordered, two different drinks received. Served with leak.

Food: Not what was ordered. No seal (spillage), wrong bobas (wrong flavor), and no milk (wrong flavor). Someone said it tasted like pot.

Atmosphere: Loud complaints exchanged as conversation between staff for the entire duration about throwing up, their boss suspecting thievery, and TikTok. Half a chess set on the table.

I had an awful experience at this Kung Fu Tea location. Upon ordering my drink, the cashier was literally drinking her drink in my face and did not greet me with words. The workers were completely unprofessional—blasting music at an obnoxious volume, screaming, laughing, and even singing and dancing around instead of focusing on their jobs. It felt more like a frat party than a place of business. Customers were clearly uncomfortable, and it made for an unpleasant atmosphere. I come to places like this for good service and a relaxing vibe, not chaos. The drinks were very poorly made as the boba was all stuck together and the straws were too small and without points to pierce the plastic. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back anytime soon. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Overall a mediocre place and service. My husband gave an order and later on they discovered they didn’t have some ingredients. Then he ordered the hot beverage with tapioca. As I went to pick up the cups, the staff started cleaning the cup with the fabric that was resting there probably to clean the table. That looked nasty but couldn’t say anything. I asked if they had napkins and they were out of it.
Probably the only good thing was that they had board games, I wouldn’t go there for the drinks for the next time.

Almost 1 pm and they’re closed on a Thursday? Lights off and door locked. Nobody visible inside.
