Drove two hours to come here. I’ve been wanting to try their pizza and burgers and I’m glad I did. Food was delicious. Didn’t take too long. Employees were friendly. Definitely worth the drive.
Horrible app ordering. They won't start making your order until you've arrived so what is the point of ordering in advance in the app? The food should be ready when I pull up because I don't enjoy sitting in the parking lot for 30+ minutes waiting for my order. This is exactly what happened the last time I ordered there. They started working on my order as I was arriving. I parked for curbside and it took another. 30 minutes for them to bring the order out. There was no acknowledgement of the long wait. It took over 45 minutes to receive the order from when I initially placed it. I contacted Chick-fil-A Cares and submitted a complaint and was told that I'd be contacted by the restaurant in 10 business days. I wasn't. The customer service and the entire experience here is horrendous. Do better and take accountability for unreasonably slow order fulfillment and start making the order right after it's placed!! Not when the customer already has arrived!!!!

the food was made hot and fresh and was better than i was expecting for a fast food chain. the pizza was incredible. also i want to point out Lindsey, who took my order. she was very kind and enjoyable to talk to while i was waiting on my order. i definitely want to go back

This place is a joke. I waited over an hour for 1 order of chicken nuggets. They gave me a gift card for a pizza because of the wait time. I finally went back about a month later to redeem the free pizza, and they “lost my order” after 30 minutes. The worker literally said “sometimes when I put in an order, it disappears.. we should probably fix that”. So I never got my pizza, and they again gave me a gift card for more free pizza. This place is great if you want to stock up on gift cards and don’t mind never actually getting your food. I’ve truly never experienced a more poorly run restaurant.

Made a pit stop here on our drive from Wisconsin to DC. I’d consider driving back just to come here again. The CFA pizza was better than it had any right to be. I wish they had inside seating, but I’d eat it standing on one leg if I had to.

People complain about the long wait time but it wasn't that bad considering how busy they were. If you were any other place you wouldn't complain but because we've been spoiled by the fast service at the traditional chick fil a, people complain. This unique location does not have dine in or drive thru. Chick fil a pizza was delicious and the burger was tasty. I'd recommend extra chick fil a sauce on the side for the pizza.
