Slow as heck. If you order online, wait 10 minutes, drive 10 minutes, then you still have to wait 20 minutes. They don't have the market salad or grilled chicken nuggets or kids meals.

I took my nephews and daughter. We used to get the smoked wings and pizza. They remodeled and changed the menu. So much that we liked from before is gone. We tried the new wings and a burger-- no one likes their food.

The WORST!!!! Open a week, 12 managers 15 employees inside. Wait my turn in line, order my food. Unfortunately we don't accept cash?! Manager comes by offers zero RESOLUTION, says ALL THE RESTAURANT in the area are doing cashless. Which is FASLE! How about placing a huge sign on the door stating you don't accept cash rather than telling customers what other restaurants are doing! So folks won't waste their time standing in line! Terrible service, TERRIBLE CUSTOMERS Service, Terrible MANAGEMENT!!!!!
I went to try the burgers because its chicfila and I felt like they could do no wrong. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and it was great, a bit salty but good enough for me to go back and get another one. But I order the boneless wings for 9 dollars and they ended up being the nuggets. They were so small and I thought they shouldn't even be 9 dollars. If I order boneless wings I kind expect the size to be on par with other restaurants, or sell them for 5 dollars if they are going to be that small

Inside renovation looks nice. That’s where the positives end. Waited 30 minutes for wings, tots, burger and fries. Wings - only thing we enjoyed. Sweet/Kick ones. Dipped in the white bbq sauce. Burger - average. Tots - not good. Fries - gross. Stick to waffle fries. Definitely not coming here again. Love regular Chick-fil-A. This hurts the brand, IMO.

Not that it might matter seeing as they are currently “temporary closed” for what I believe to be a remodeling but during their short run in the are they managed to mess up every single order I ever placed. I kid you not they had a pickle pizza on the menu and they quite literally managed to forget the pickles which where the main ingredient to what was being advertised. I gave them several tried but they always managed to mess up. The food was flavorful sure but the attention to order was god awful.

Worst customer service . They literally have zero care. Nothing on the level of customer service like a regular Chick-Fil-A. You can see that with the 3.7 stars vs the average Chick Fil-A which is always above 4. Better management and staff needed . Been twice now and both times bad service, slow, cold food, no parking, and terrible management
