Great place for a few pre game drinks, employees were all friendly and efficient, even though it was packed for the Nebraska/Maryland game I rarely had to wait more than a couple minutes for service at the bar. GBR!

Great food and atmosphere. Parking can be very hard. Compact car only out front. May have to park around corner and walk. Outside patio area. Chicken tenders are always good. Young crowd , college area.

Looney’s Pub has always been a fun spot, but I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to David behind the bar. He’s hands-down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met. He remembers your order, makes a perfect drink every time, and actually takes the time to make you feel welcome. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers, and that energy makes the whole place better. Honestly, he sets the standard for great service. Looney’s is lucky to have him.
This place is great! It's one of my go-seafood places that within 20 minutes ⌚. Lots of seafood and carb heavy combo meals - it's not a traditional seafood house or crab spot so it's different in that way.
I arrived after wanting to look for something different after my friend and her husband hadd walked in the park for hours. Her birthday was recently, so I thought we could spend the day having fun. Food was are go-to after the park 🏞️, and since we both love seafood this was a nearby spot!
They got Cream of Crab soups and I offered them some Hot Crab Dip. My main dish was the Chesapeake Fries and my to-go/take home dish was the Cream of Crab soup bowl. No regrets 💯 ✨✨✨🎉🎉
Very tasty! College Park has all the hits when it comes to these restaurants just minutes away from the UMD.

Looney's Pub used to have pizza on their menu, our group stopped by after football game at SECU Stadium. Had some adult beverages & our group decided to go elsewhere for pizza.

This feedback is directed specifically toward the man who DJs karaoke—because the rest of Looney’s is fantastic, with amazing service! However, this individual has consistently been disrespectful. I’m not someone who usually complains, but his rudeness toward customers is hard to ignore. As regular attendees of Karaoke Wednesdays, I can honestly say I’ve never had a positive interaction with him. Each time we’ve come, he’s been unkind, but this past Wednesday was the last straw. He deliberately skipped over our songs in the queue and got irritated with us for submitting several, even though that’s the whole point of karaoke. He also has the ability to manage the order fairly to give everyone a chance, so I don’t understand why he reacted so negatively. Looney’s is a place I love and want to keep supporting, but I hope something can be done about the way karaoke is being run. I’d love to keep coming on Wednesdays, but not under this kind of treatment.
