Refuse to work the register. Will instead walk you to a kiosk. This has to be by far the laziest display I have ever seen at a McDonalds. Disappointed I just wanted to add Mac sauce like usual but I’ll just find a different location stay away from this location if you want to customize your order.

They got weirdos in the drive thru giggling at you and mocking you while taking your order like something is that funny at 8am. You pull up for a sausage egg and cheese muffin and you get a face full of miserable mcdonald’s worker trying to bully you. 0/10 experience.

Avoid the drive-thru for you sake. These people have to respect for their customers and their time. When you are in there is no way out. I got stuck in the line for over 15 minutes. I couldn’t even order. never go there again.

I ordered a diet soda bc I can’t have sugar and they said that it doesn’t work? After I ordered if it doesn’t work remove it from the app on top of the the servers, specifically Tiffany, take our phone and want to do a costumer satisfaction survery for us?! Like cmon LOL
this does NOT deserve any stars at all. i’ve been here a couple times one time the employee laughed in my face when she saw i was paying for my soda with coins. God forbid a girl is broke. this time i went i ordered a dr pepper i expected a crisp, fizzy, dr pepper but received a barely room temp almost warm watered down dr pepper. this was most definitely an old dr pepper that they gave to me. the lady who served it to me literally examined it before giving it to me like you can’t tell me it wasn’t old. it also had no fizz i don’t understand how you feel comfortable serving paying customers old items. all i bought was a dr pepper too and the mcdonald's wasn’t even busy when i went there is NO reason why i should have gotten a defective drink. i didn’t even receive a receipt and the lady didn’t ask me if i wanted one. this is the worst mc donald’s out there and it puts mcdonald’s name to shame.
