at the drive thru was super confusing on food pickup, we did the same steps as the person in front of us at the last station, they got their food quick but by the time we arrived there, they were still making our food. Only 1 other person in the line btw. The lady gave lots of attitude and was very confrontational how we were in the wrong spot and had to loop again. McChicken was alright, but the strawberry banana smoothie was not sweet at all, had a hint of gas-like taste (kinda).

Came to get my daughter and myself some food. the young lady who took my order was very nice but the manger was rude I always asked for fresh fries because I know they are not always fresh. But the manger was very very rude.

Haven't been to this location in a while ,came here for dinner earlier, and the girl working in drive thru had awesome service and was very helpful. She definitely knows to go above and beyond for customer. I will definitely be back again because of her. About time this location hires great people.

I went through the drive through today, and had to wait for 5 min which was ok because I understand it can get busy, but it didn’t look busy. I ordered my food and when I got to work, I checked it and realized I was missing my tenders. I tried to call, because I am unable to go back at the moment, but did not get connected. I tried many times but my call would be answered, and when I said hello, it would hang up. It sucks cause I paid for the item and did not receive it, and no one is willing to talk to me to resolve it.

My friend and I pulled up to the drive through to pick up an order. We told her the number and she proceeded to give us attitude saying that she doesn’t have it. We then pulled up to the window to clarify and showed her the confirmation of the order on the app. She then gave more attitude and said that it was address that’s why she doesnt have it. But guess what she was wrong we did have the correct address and the order did exist! We then had to walk inside and Maria M was an angel. She didn’t give us attitude and she went to look for it immediately. All while the lady from the window saw us inside and kept glaring at us and giving the side eye. Anyways we love Maria M

I'm absolutely frustrated with the terrible service at this McDonald's location. Every time I visit, the employees seem more interested in their phones than actually doing their job. It's so unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I don't understand how hard it can be to prepare a
simple order, but somehow it always takes over 30 minutes — ye y30 minutes. ' ve had to wait forever for just a few items. It’s
completely unacceptable, especially when you're paying for fast food. If you want to waste your time and watch employees on their phones instead of working, this is the place to go. I won't be coming back anytime soon. Highly disappointing.
Both Managers are completely uneducated.

There's nothing wrong with McDonald's food, basically ever. However, there is something very wrong with the workers, supervision, and management at this McDonald's location. As a chaperone of a middle school DC trip who left for the airport at 2AM on Tuesday March 25th, and spent the entire day sightseeing, the McDonald's in College Park Maryland was a dream come true at 8:30 that evening. There was almost no way of not being the hero restaurant of a bunch of kids who definitely needed a 4th meal after a very long day. Unless you won't serve them because they only have cash. Literally the only way to ruin our day 1 experience was to tell a bunch of hungry young adults that you just don't have enough employees to take their money. And better yet, you let us stand there 20 minutes. 20 minutes just watching us wait by a cash register you had no intention of ever walking towards.

Thanks you employee Maria M. for single handedly ruining my faith in this great American staple. Especially because you never even told them yourself that their money wasn't good enough, you made me do it.

Would be future customers, please be advised. If you're high college student who's steaming with the smell of cannabis, your online order will be filled in the same magical way McDonald's serves billions of customers every day. But if you're a hungry middle school kid from 5 states away with only cash from your parents, you should probably find a vending machine instead of stopping at this restaurant location.

I asked the lady to give me an extra coffee and she answered me rudely saying that she couldn't because it was a cell phone order, the customer service was too bad and she was arguing with other employees. That was at a drive-thru.

After today I can confidently say that the night shift people hate working there. they have me sitting for 20min outside for curbside and when I went inside they gave me cold food and the crazy thing is that they both store manager 🤦‍♂️ and the other crazy thing is how hard is to make a Vanilla ice Coffee 🤷‍♂️
