Waited over 30 minutes for 2 cheese burgers. I could see the bag sitting on the counter in the back. kept asking for it and just kept ignoring it. I thought maybe more order wasn't finished but I watched it and nobody put anything else in the bag before they finally gave it to me.

The place is designed with a wall behind the register so the employees cannot be seen so they can't see you and you can't see them. If you need assistance and they step back it's nothing you can do. This is great for workers so they don't have to act busy they can just hide.

This the worst situation I have ever witnessed, I drive for Lyft I went into this establishment to use there restroom and unfortunately someone who work in this McDonald’s called the toll truck to toll my car. I had to pay $175 to get my car back, do not trust this establishment they get returns from the toll company.

Beware! There is a lurker, Maryland Towing and Recovery Service, that waits in the parking lot for unsuspecting customers. We decided to walk across the street first to pick up my scrip and then take out some food at McDonalds. We got the scrip first because it is a short walk to the front door of CVS. I am 75 and had a knee replaced 4 weeks ago and parked in a handicap spot (I have a sticker). Daughter left her coat in the car. We were maybe 5 minutes at the CVS but when we came out my car was gone. McDonald said there was a metal sign in a corner of the lot with phone numbers for towed vehicles. We called and the dispatcher said he would try to get the tow truck operator, Ed, to return to the McDonalds. A college student stopped to talk with us at the sign. He said the same thing happened to him but he ran to the tow truck before he got out on the street. They charged him, though, to unhitch his car. This company is located in Beltsville, the tow yard is also in Beltsville. The Dispatcher called us back and told us to start walking, which we did but it was rather cold and my daughter refused to take my coat even though hers was in the car. My cane was in the car, too. We walked for about 10 minutes (brr at night) and located the tow truck in a closed up gas station. HERE'S THE THING: If you step off the McDonalds premises BEFORE you get your food, even for just a few minutes, you are subject to towing. Did you know that? Nothing against McDonalds. I was charged $175 to get my car back. Based on the invoice, it took him just one minute to hitch my car and drive away with it. As he drove off we saw him go back to the parking lot to wait for other offenders. In the end we did not go back to the McDonalds for our meal.

All the tables were dirty. The beverage table: covered with pop stains -- it looked disgusting. Even the floors looked dirty. My wife mentioned how filthy the place was. I really wonder how clean the food prep area was... *not* good!

Awful, rundown location. Dirty floors, dirty tables, smashed order screens, long wait for the simplest order, machines beeping nonstop (no one attends). If you had nostalgia for 80s post-apocalyptic movie vibes, this would serve well.

Got food. It was not great and took forever. Employees seemed like they could care less. Went across street to Cambria Hotel for about 20 min for a meeting with a coworker and they had my truck towed. Will never go to this location again! Ever....

messed up with the order: didn’t put bacon in the hamburger with bacon, forget the happy meal / toy - had to sort it out and wait till they make up for it.

Terrible. I used to like this McDonalds for breakfast... BUT... I ordered through the drive thru and didn't get all I ordered and part of my order was wrong.I ordered two hash browns and two sausage egg and cheese bagels and a large coffee. Sounds Easy? I received my coffee, ONE has brown, one CROISSANT egg and cheese bagel, and a MUFFIN egg and cheese bagel. I mean how wrong can you get an order.I went inside to let them know. THEN I got my hash brown that I ordered and let them know about the rest. I trusted they would get it right BUT I a should've checked... I got two STEAK egg and cheese bagels. WHAT IN THE WORLD... I have to say I am extremely disappointed.ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER ESPECIALLY IF YOU GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU IN THE MORNING.

I’m always scared I’m going to get robbed at this McDonald’s at night, there’s always junkies and people on drugs loitering around after dark. Asking for money and various things like liquor and weed. Really concerned for the workers here, but it is clear that they’ve grown desensitized to all of this.As of lately they’ve been having security at the place due to various incidents. There was a stabbing not too long ago.Food is usually good here though.
