don’t get any wraps or sandwiches from here because foil will end up in the contents you eat because of the way they cut it. i asked for them not to use foil during my over-the-phone order and they ignore me and get mad when i tell them to remake it at pick up?? today was like the fifth time (see screenshot from a vid i took LAST YEAR)

The Pizza was provided by the AMA club which was cool. The food was quick to arrive. The Pizza was still hot which is always good. The pizza was so delicious I think I am going to start going to Paisano's Pizza. I want to see how it is to dine in.

This pizza is just right every time for me! I consistently go here for that reason. The sauce is a little tang to it in my opinion, but tastes good. The cheese is good quality. They baked their pepperoni just right (which is usually my litmus test).
The customer service is always cool, I've never had a problem. Staff seems to enjoy themselves while they work, which is always nice to see. Its a clean establishment. Never too busy or backed up. It's my preferred pizza shop, even though I pass a Papa Johns, a Pizza Bolis, a Dominos, and a slew of others to get to this one. It's out of the way for me, but I feel it's worth it. Plus the specials they have are very reasonable in my opinion, comparable to Dominos.
And I like all the toppings I've tried here. Next time I'll post pictures.
Vegetarian options: It's a pizza place, so of course you can customize your pizza to be vegetarian. The same goes for the salads and sandwiches.

Food was so late that the venue I was at closed, and Paisano’s refused to cancel the order. They said I had to contact Uber; Uber said I had to contact Paisano’s. Paisano’s refused to take responsibility for its failure to deliver my order in a semi-reasonable time (they have some arrangement where you order through Uber but it’s a Paisano’s delivery person) and now I’ve wasted three hours of my evening trying to not get charged $60 for the pleasure of not having dinner to put on the table for my kids. Will never be ordering from them again.

Terrible customer service. I couldn’t understand the worker at all. I tried to explain to him that I order a large pizza and by the time got home. Which is a 2 minute walk. I open the box and the pizza was simply a gooey mess!! the cheese sliding all over pie. Not mentioning the slices weren’t cut properly. Not coming back again. Very disappointing!!

Highly recommended Paisanos, the first time i tried their pizza i fall in love of it, it has something different than other places donde have, their employees are very friendly and the owner is so nice, he makes you feel like at home when you come to this store in Colllege Park. 100% recommended.
