Ordered take out, got all the sides but no entrees. My bag was stapled and sealed as if someone confirmed the order was complete. Wasted my money and store closed before I could go back and get my dinner. Instead wasted money and still left without.

There is one worker who is very unfriendly. I just got lunch a few minutes ago. This is the second encounter I’ve had with her. She is terrible and rude. Can you please manage this?

I watched a cook walk to the front counter and with no gloves on take food and eat it from one of the dishes. Then he proceeded to touch the white rice cooker and walk back to his spot where he was cooking. Oh and also on his way back, he grabbed a handful of garlic from the other cook’s metal dish and put it striaght into his mouth, then proceeded to walk back to his cooking spot without washing his hands. I mean what are we doing, the cooks in the restaurant are straight up eating food with barehands and walking back to cook without washing their hands. Now I’m wondering what kind of filth lies in my food from theirs guys hands and mouth.

The first time I let it slide. This is the second time I’ve come to this location they are out of food. No black pepper chicken, no teriyaki chicken, no beef and broccoli. Half the menu just unavailable. It’s unacceptable. Today I arrived at 9, and wanted to order for two people. They close at 10. There is no reason you should be turning customers away a hour before closing because you don’t want to make more food. Nor should I be forced to choose between dried up meats left over because you don’t want to cook more food. It’s horrible customer service, and turning away paying customers.

I love authentic diverse cuisine and want it to be healthy but I also like junk food. While this food isn't authentic or super healthy, it's not junk food either. It's Americanized food court Chinese food of a medium quality but it's fine and quick and I support this business model. And the employees were nice to my kids and me.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. They have no choice but to tolerate kids.

DO NOT ORDER PICKUP
I live right next to this location, and wanted to save myself time of standing in the line and waiting for food I did file an online order, after I got a notification it’s ready I went there only to wait an hour to get my food I could’ve ordered it by the counter like 5 times, while constantly being assured it’s being made

I love panda. Unfortunately this location never has enough food. They always run out of everything so you have to wait 5-10 minutes for something no matter what time you go. They need to get better at timing when to start refilling the food. Also if you order chow mein, you get more onions than noodles.
