After reading the reviews I knew I should have not ordered however I did because I haven't had papa John's in a long time, well… I paid the price look at this s***. If I was drunk then yes. Because I wouldn't know the difference.

I ordered a pizza from here and it arrived ice cold with no slices in it. I received a pizza with NO SLICES. I then proceeded to call them but they do not answer the phone. I pressed 5 to speak to a manager but he doesn’t even answer. Get rid of everyone in that location.

This review is a 0/5 even though 1 star is a minimum. The pizzas I ordered were wrong and the sauces were nonexistent. My Hawaiian pizza had no pineapple! I couldn’t be more disappointed with Papa Johns.

I love Papa John's pizza. However, this experience was not the best. My boyfriend and I are long distance and ordered each other pizzas for date night. I ordered his pizza at 6:40 and it did not show up until 8:17. They said it was because of the rain and traffic, which is acceptable to an extent, however it is not raining and the place is 6 minutes away. The pizza showed up lukewarm (thankfully he doesn't mind). I won't ask for a refund this time...but it would definitely be within reason to ask for one.

I ordered 55 pizzas to feed staff for a university event and the store manager Keenan has been absolutely amazing.His professionalism, friendliness and over all assistance completing my orders was above and beyond everything I expected. I made 3 separate orders the week of May 16-22 and every time I called I received excellent service.The delivery arrived on time and there were no complications with any of my orders. I know when I call this location, Keenen is the store manager that I can trust.

The food came out very burnt when I checked at home and I only ordered two things. It’s not hard to make two orders correctly on a day that isn’t busy. I didn’t even get the correct amount of change back and I didn’t want to say anything because they can keep it for tips.

This is the worst Papa Johns I have ever experienced in my entire life. First and second time I ordered it was cold and the cheese was 2 inches away from the edge of the crust and the pizza was extremely small. Third time was the same thing except the pizza was so thin it could flop around and it took an hour to come. Service is also terrible. Wish I could give 0 stars.
