I ordered the combination pho, and spring rolls through Grubhub. Some of the issues like the food arriving cold might stem from it being delivery. The meat was low quality, rubbery, and even with the broth had no flavor. The hoisin and hot sauce provided on the side were not enough. The noodles had been overcooked, and were torn into small pieces. The spring rolls were decent enough, but this might be some of the worst pho I’ve ever had.

This review is based on my pick up order. I did not dine in. I was greeted as I walked in . The staff was very polite. My order was ready when I arrived, and the gentleman at the front checked my ordered to make sure it was correct. The food was great. First time trying Pho and I truly understand the popularity of such a comforting dish. The broth was great, I love how the contents of the food were packaged separately. Chicken and broccoli was great as well. My family enjoyed the different sauces that came with each dish. The crunchy texture on the wings was perfect. I would suggest more of a ventilated top, maybe tiny perforated ones to help the steam release from the containers.

Came in today (1/2/2026) with my wife and we were promptly greeted by the hostess. On top of that, the service was a 10/10 and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend their Pad Thai, as well as their Pad See EW! If you’re ever in the area, check them out. We will be back again

I went to UMD from 2015-2019 and Pho Thom was always my absolute favorite, go-to spot with my boyfriend. Finally, after years, we went back and had lunch at the new location. While the vibes aren’t exactly the same as they were at the old location, the food was just as phenomenal as I remember. We shared the thom wings, thom ka ga, and pad thai and it all brought back such great memories. Seriously the best Thai food around!

I am not satisfied with the cleanliness of this restaurant. I asked the server multiple times to clean up the mess. He never did. He said they were busy. This is not the environment I like to eat in. Beware of the cleanliness here. & the customer service.

A weird place to have a restaurant if you don’t want African American customers. My mother and aunt went in there yesterday night at 6:30PM, by 7:10PM when every other party seated after them had received their food they finally gave up and left. Customer service has to come before the food or anything. Given the current climate of the country you’d hope for more inclusivity. To my kin spend your dollars elsewhere!

Pho 7/10. Not overly spiced, well seasoned with a decent amount of meat. Spring rolls were rather large so good if you are sharing with two people. The dipping sauce was a little thicker and sweeter than I’m used to. All in all, a decent pho place!

We had dinner here on Friday, and it was our first time at Pho Thom. We were really impressed! Jason was our server, he was super friendly, quick, and on top of everything. His English was so good, we actually thought he was born in the U.S., but he told us he’s lived here for over 10 years. After taking our order, he moved around to other tables to take theirs too, clearly making sure no one had to wait long, which we really appreciated. Jason told us about some new items on the menu, like the Logan drink and mango sticky rice both were fantastic! He also recommended his favorites, Pad Thai and wings, which were delicious. The rest of our family had Pho, Drunken Noodles, and Curry, and everything was great. The mango sticky rice was so good, we ordered two at the table and took one home. Great food and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!

BUG BEWARE when you take a sip of the pho.
My boyfriend bought me lunch from this place and I ended up finishing 1/2 of my pho when I decided to look down at the soup. There was a bug floating on my spoon that I was about to consume. I attached a photo. I will never be going back.
