Added too much water to the broth while simmering. Tasted watery. Steamed dumplings were reheated from frozen. EDM drum and bass too loud. Staff weren't rude just nonchalant.

Pho Thom is one of my go-to take-out spots. A mix of Vietnamese and Thai, I highly recommend the P-2 and P-7 pho options, their grilled lemongrass pork (with spring roll) over either rice or vermicelli noodles, and the Pad See Ew.
I’ve never dined in mainly because parking is a little difficult, but it’s always very busy whenever I stop in to pick up my food. While I can’t speak to the dine-in service, the hosts are as attentive as they can be for to-go orders when it’s very busy.
Their prices are very reasonable and the food is always consistently delicious. Definitely a staple take-out spot in the Hyattsville/College Park area.

I recently visited Pho Thom and had a decent experience overall. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual, but nothing particularly special stood out. The customer service was friendly, though a bit slow during peak hours.
As for the food, the pho chicken was a bit underwhelming—there wasn’t enough chicken meat in the bowl, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the side hot peppers were really spicy and gave a nice kick to the dish, which I personally enjoyed.
Overall, it was an okay meal, but there’s room for improvement in both the portion sizes and service.

Good food, but took forever. Waiter practically forgot about us and was “unable” to split the bill so we all had to figure out how to pay each other. For the price, the portions were not fair at all. Would recommend but not on a busy weekend and maybe better for carry out.

These reviews gotta be coming from Americans with no taste or people that have never had pho before! This pho is so bland! It had next to nothing in it but broth. I’m surprised the reviews are so high.
The location was the best thing about this place in my opinion. I had maybe 3 pieces of beef in my pho and the flavors weren't great. The server put the water and the food at the end of the table when it came out instead of to the person who ordered. He had help and one of them gave it to the person it belonged to. He brought drinks and left them at the end of the table for us to figure it out. Reading the reviews, I expected better flavor and service wise. But looking at the ones that weren't great, they describe exactly what I experienced. Not worth the price and the gratuity was RIDICULOUS. He didn't even ask if we wanted separate tickets. Luckily, we were all family and could figure the bill out. I would give it less stars if possible.

As a Viet, their pho is the worst pho I’ve ever had. They scam you by putting barely any meat in and when you order the everything pho, there’s only one type of meat in there. For how much they’re charging, you would expect the bare minimum but they can’t even do that. I think it’s because people don’t know any better but I will not be coming back here ever again.

Great food quick service and nice atmosphere. Pho soup was excellent along with the drunken noodles. The water was exceptionally fresh as well. I'd definitely go back again.

This place is absolutely amazing, the food is beyond compare
The Pad Thai is so savory and saucy, the Phos broth is absolutely delicious and comforting, the fried rice is so palatable yet mildly spicy, and they are so generous with the spring rolls! If I lived in the area I would come here more often. If I had a complaint it would only be the bathroom is just a lil bit gross. ? But other than that this place rly knows their food

The pho is mid. The 'large' size is the standard size in most pho places. Food was delivered quickly however the server never came back after that and my drink was never refilled. I had to get their attention to get the bill as they were sitting in the dining area playing on their phone with earbuds in. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this place again.

Fantastic food, clean, and lightning fast service. We had appetizers of a beautiful, fresh Garden Roll and Golden Triangle tofu with a delicious sauce. Pad Thai had plenty of textures and taste and the Pad See Ew has chewy noodles with robust flavor. The Thai Iced Tea was ambrosial. I recommend this restaurant on the strip.
