&pizza - College Park

This is one of the slowest “fast food” establishments I have ever been to. Out of the three people working ONE person was making pizzas and he was taking his time.

Food is good but it took over 20 minutes from us ordering to us walking out of the store.

Went in and the music was so loud I could understand the lyrics even with my headphones at full volume, my food sat on the counter after being finished for 10 minutes, there was no cheese and it was burn. My garlic knots were filled with uncooked onions. There is no number to file a complaint and get a refund and the whole thing cost over $30

Not sure what happened this night. The pizza here is normally good, but this night all of my 5 pizzas were overcooked. Overcooked to the point where the pepperoni and crust became crispy.

The customer service is usually good as well, but again, this night I was not even acknowledged at all until my pizzas were ready. I stood at the counter with not as much as a "your order will be out soon" or even a "may I have your name for pick up?" I stood there for about 7 minutes until my order was complete before anyone acknowledged I was there. Even if the food is good (which it wasn't this night) poor customer service will prevent customers from returning.

Took long to make the pizza. My pizza came out so burnt I could hardly see the cheese. And the music is so loud in there you can hardly hear anything else.

Just got my pizza and not too long ago the person that made my pizza didn't even ask if I wanted any toppings on their over all I am not satisfied with my pizza on Dec 4th it was a stud with locs she definitely didn't want to be there obviously watch who you hire.

I don’t expect much from a fast food place but the least we expect is good customer service. As soon as I walked in, the employees looked like they did not want to be there. The young lady with the red locs has a nasty attitude and her hair is unsanitary. Employees were no help and their attitude even worse. If I could give this location a 0 star I would. The young man at the register did his best to save this disgusting behavior from his coworkers. I will not be returning to this location.

Today was my first visit to this location, and it was a fantastic experience! I loved it! I always customize my own pizza, and it was cooked to perfection and tastes incredibly fresh. The staff were excellent, and I will be back soon! &Pizza is one of my favorite places to eat; it's always a great experience. <3

The manager at the College Park location (12/7 @ 1:15p, Order# 31583118514094082) was mean and disrespectful. The pizza made was burnt and I asked them to remake it. The cashier was very kind and agreed to remake the order. She explained my request to the manager.

The manager exhibited body language to convey her displeasure. She aggressively told me that the pizza would come out the same way because that's how vegan cheese is cooked. It's not. I've been coming to &pizza for a year and have never had a pizza in this condition. She reluctantly remade the pizza - and it WAS NOT BURNT!

The cashier asked me what finishings I wanted and I requested the garlic sauce. She obliged. The manager came up to the front (I presume to exert her authority) and insisted that I pay for the garlic butter, which I did not know was an extra charge. The cashier very kindly explained to the manager that she wasn't sure I should be charged because she didn't tell me there would be an extra charge. The manager insisted that I pay, saying very rudely to the cashier "I'm the manager" and that I should pay for the garlic butter. To avoid further conflict, I paid.

I have NEVER had a negative experience at &pizza and I'm dismayed that this experience has changed my perception of this establishment.

Just wanted to take a second to recognize a young man that works there who I believe is named Daniel. He is very efficient and cooperative. Every time I go there it’s busy, but he seems like he handles it with ease! Personally, I think it’s time for a raise.

Not a fan of this store. Makes it more complicated to order from a kiosk than just going down a line quickly telling them what you want. It also takes much longer to receive your pizza because they are understaffed (85 only 2 people) working on in store orders and online orders at the same time. I ordered the New G and I wanted to dress my pizza with arugula and pesto drizzle (like at the end of the line traditionally) but there was no option to do that on the kiosk. Shout out to the worker for putting it on there for me anyway since the kiosk didn’t have that option. However, my pizza ended up coming out burnt on the bottom and they forgot to add the basil. Overall, their kiosk system is too complicated for a place that’s supposed to be relatively quick and it screams anti-customer.

Parking: There is a mix of regular street parking, free parking in the parking lot right in front of the store, and paid parking options as well.

I came to this & pizza on Sunday after 4pm. I was greeted by a young lady named Mahogany. She was extremely nice and helpful. Her service was amazing. After paying for my food I tried to leave a tip because it was well deserved. She wouldn’t except my money. You need more employees like her. The pizza she made was great. I’ll be back

It's not what it once used to be. It was about great pizza & Community....but it's seems the new CEO wants to remove the community approach

This is by far our favorite &pizza! The service and care that's taken when preparing pies and knots is top tier. Everything is always fresh and perfectly prepared. Even when it's busy things still turn out great. If you're making your way passed UMD, make sure to stop and get something to eat. 10/10 everytime!
