I had a really disappointing experience with one of the cashiers today. When I asked about the status of our order, she gave me a rude look and snapped, “It’s not ready yet!” I asked if she could at least tell me how much longer it would take, and she just repeated in the same rude tone, “It’s not ready.”

What bothered me even more is that I was standing there for a while and clearly saw that our sushi was already prepared and sitting there. Only after I mentioned our order again did she finally start packing it even though the food was ready the whole time.

To make it worse, we were the first ones there. No one else was waiting when we arrived, and the staff didn’t seem busy at all. But somehow, other customers who came after us were served first and already left while we were still waiting. Our delay was completely unnecessary and caused only by her lack of attention and poor attitude. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

The Asian lady makes amazing good sushi but when she’s not there, like today, the other lady does not. I ordered 2 teriyaki chicken rolls and one of my rolls had NO avocado in it what so ever. I’m pregnant and I wanted that avocado . Just teach your people to make the food better.

I placed my order and waited while it was being prepared. It was lukewarm and I received such a small portion of meat. My rice was drenched with a gallon of teriyaki sauce, making it hard to eat.

Average quality for a teriyaki place, sushi is just ok for the price its not bad

Hello, I usually eat here but today I had a bad experience. I ordered carryout and was ready to eat at home. I gave some of my food to my sibling and we both start eating. She notices a hair in her food which was black (she has red hair) so she immediately gets grossed out so now she’s just staring at the food. That’s when we notice a BUG in her food. We’re disgusted and quite disappointed since we’re both so hungry

I ordered 2 chicken teriyakis with fried rice, really disappointing that I had to throw away $30 worth of food because the workers are careless, there was a hair on top when I opened the container
My “fried rice” was mushy and watery which just feels unacceptable and the chicken was chewy and looked like it needed to be cooked longer

Roman was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He was exceptional. I Came in hungry and tired from work and he brightened my day. I ordered to go but he was so patient, informative, and kind.

The cooks for Saturday October 19 at around 7:30 were absolutely terrible. I got three orders and there were some chicken teriyaki that was not fully cooked. The chicken teriyakis texture was very gooey. They took close to 30 min to get my order ready. You’d expect to have a fully cooked meal. But no.

The cashier is the only person I’ll give a 10/10. Very cool guy and respectful.

The cooks were atrocious. Lady seemed pissed too.
