This location has moved up the street across from McDonalds. I am very disappointed in the customer service. After I ordered 3 people that ordered after me got their food before me even though all I ordered was plain fried rice. This is not what upset me as I understand things happen. When I tried to say excuse me to ask about the status of my food the cashier looked at me said “huh” and then immediately started helping another guest. So now me and my friend are both saying excuse me trying to get someone’s attention and they deliberately ignore us and continue packing food. Finally I get in front of a worker and ask and she doesn’t even look at me and says “coming!” As she walks away. This is not the first time I have been treated very rudely at this location. Customer service is just as important as the product, something they do not value at Shanghai.

Very fair-priced and good sized portions. The sesame chicken was delicious and not completely covered up in sauce and grease like many places, I loved the breading and the wonton soup was also excellent. Descent location but get in early because it is a bit small. Highly recommended to anyone in College Park looking for a good night out with Chinese food

Lady seems not to friendly, saw a roach on floor. It was time to go. She grabbed a napkin to pick up roach and went to wash her hand. My friend ordered food, chicken and broccoli with fried rice. Rice was a little dry and the egg roll was burnt as if left in fryer 5 minutes to long.

Food was delicious and arrived extremely fast! Extra crispy Tofu is something not every restaurant can perfect ....and theirs was perfect!

The family likes it here. if you ask me the food is just okay and there is an order taking clerk here that gets on my nerves, the day that she stepped over the line is the day that I put my foot down - but until then I go here because my family likes the place.
My wife threw up after eating their food. We tried to inform them that there was something wrong with their meat but they treated us with terrible attitude and insisted that they were not responsible. We just wanted to let them know and weren't even trying to get a refund. Avoid if you can.
