Omg I had the best experience today at this location, I was helped by Rebekah!!! She was so sweet and has amazing customer service I didn’t want to leave the drive-thru, made sure I tipped! She made sure I had everything I needed, she even offered me a pup cup for my dog who was with me! I didn’t even know what that was!!! She made my whole day I will come here just to see her!!!! Thank you so much Rebekah!!!! ?

I usually have a good experience with this Starbucks. Maybe they just didn’t feel like working this day but it’s no excuse. I decided to make a trip after work as I work close by. I ordered a hot chocolate and lemon loaf.I was given my lemon loaf first and asked if I could have it warmed the worker Cameron responded with just “No” I was kind of taken back by her response so I said “I’m sorry” she then proceeds to explain why “it’s a burning hazard”. I get it I understand, but to just respond with “No” in the first place is unprofessional. I am a young African American woman and it made me question does she respond to everyone who comes in that way.

I would’ve given more stars if it weren’t for the most incompetent, unprofessional barista I’ve ever seen. Mak was behind the counter making drinks and whining like a baby. There is absolutely no reason your employees need to be putting on baby voices this is ridiculous

My boyfriend and I just went to this location, and he ordered an iced chai tea latte with OAT MILK for me as I was claiming a table because I have severe allergies to dairy. Not only did the manager mess up the order before ours because the staff were too busy taking a selfie, but he started arguing with the customer. When my boyfriend was ordering, the manager (who was also the cashier) was complaining to him about the argument he had just had. My boyfriend clearly said OAT MILK, and the manager read it back to him and said there was oat milk in it. I get my drink, sip it, and automatically I start reacting and my throat and lips are itchy. When my boyfriend went back to ask if the drink was made with oat milk, the manager goes: "No, I put whole milk creamer in it." My boyfriend said "I ordered it with OAT MILK; my girlfriend has allergies to dairy." and he goes "Oh shoot, you did say OAT MILK, my bad." Not only did this manager read back the order with OAT MILK, he knew we ordered OAT MILK and still put whole milk. Then, to cover his tracks, he said "Just a disclaimer, we can't guarantee that our OAT MILK is 100% dairy free." DO BETTER. Thank God I took only one sip; I have formal tonight and it almost got ruined because this MANAGER could not pay attention and get the order right.

It's a college-adjacent coffee place, so it is very busy, but they are pretty efficient at moving orders along.
Best starbucks in the area hands down but gets EXTREMELY busy on weekends due to college kids since it's in a college town, so busy I'd highly recommend not going on saturday and sunday morning. Also paid parking minimum is 2.50, and you have to pay to park.

I don't usually write a review for Starbucks (come-on, it's Starbucks!), however I want to specifically give a shout out to Brian. It was my birthday and I had gone to another Starbucks earlier that day where they denied me my birthday drink because it wasn't coming up in the app (the barista said there's nothing they could do, and to wait a week till it populated.) I came to this location, and Brian was so friendly and accommodating and helped resolve the issue instantly, and I truly appreciate him ending my day on a high note! Thank you Brian!

Horrible experience. I usually let things go but tbh this is crazy. I Show up at 6am. There are two people. I'm the second person who orders a drink. One of the girls is the only one that makes the drink and god knows what the other girl was doing except looking at a paper. Anyways I order my drink and I'm waiting and these two other girls come in and order their drinks. Tell me why they got their drinks before me. To top that they make my drink in a plastic cup instead of making it in the cup that I gave them. This wouldn't be an issue if I didn't order a cold foam. So as she's going to hand it to me I have to remind her that I got a cup so she goes do u want me to just pour it into your cup which I had to say yes to because I had already waited 15 mins for a drink. So not only I got a horrible drink but I also had to wait for 15 mins for it which made me late for work.
