I am an Uber driver. I pick up and drop off people at this location. I stopped and they refused to let me use the bathroom. Just because this time I needed to buy in order to use it. I drink Starbucks all day. But am switching to Dunkin’ Donuts they do let us use the bathroom, it’s what happens when you drink too much coffee. Why the inconvenience?

I’m not a huge fan but usually go to Starbucks couple of times a week. This is my first time at this specific location. Ordered a regular cappuccino (tall) and this is what I got. Not sure if the pictures do justice to the original scenario but only 1/3 of the cup (or even less than that) was actually coffee and rest was foam. Also, I asked for extra hot but it was barely even hot. Very disappointing. Never had this kinda experience in any other Starbucks.
Very disappointing customer service experience. A female employee was dishonest and rude during my visit this evening. The man working the drive-thru seemed relatively new—perhaps just a few weeks into the role—but performed slightly better. I strongly encourage the team to focus on improving service quality and addressing customer concerns honestly, rather than avoiding conversations.

I have been a regular customer at this Starbucks and have always appreciated the respectful service from most of the staff. However, my experience today with Cass and the store manager, Rebecca, was disappointing.
I had requested banana bread not to be warmed up, but it was warmed up anyway. When I politely asked for a replacement, Cass responded with a rude comment, saying, ‘Maybe next time you should speak louder.’ I explained that it was a snowy day and I couldn’t fully roll down my window, which may have caused the misunderstanding. I even told her it was okay and that I’d keep the bread to avoid further issues, but her dismissive attitude continued as she handed it to me.
When I asked why I was being treated this way, Rebecca, the store manager, intervened. Instead of resolving the situation, she was even ruder, cutting me off and closing the window while I was still talking.
This was an upsetting experience, and I hope management addresses the behavior of their staff to ensure better treatment for customers in the future.

Drinks are really inconsistent.. extra foam is $1.25 , I would expect that “extra foam” . But no , they really stingy with it and just give you little bit a thin line of it .. Could I please some how get contacted for a refund . Its just unacceptable.

There were some coffee grounds in the hot coffee we ordered.
And we ordered iced coffee, but she gave us a latte instead. I just got the feeling that they don’t really care about the quality of their work. It was disappointing.

Every time I go, there I experience new staff members. And every time I met with the nicest most bubbly personalities I’ve ever met. I asked the barista today if she knew how many milligrams of caffeine were in one shot of espresso and she went out of her way to look it up and make sure that I was informed on my decision before I made one. She also gave me very smart alternatives if I didn’t want to proceed with my first order, I’m happy to call this my neighborhood, Starbucks

beautifully renovated space. massive windows lets in lots of light even on rainy days.staff were busy but managed it well and had my order ready within minutes of me placing it.parking is plentiful and it’s a one way, so that keeps traffic moving around drive thru.
