I went to the drive thru this morning and the kid at the window says “ AND YOU HAVE A NICE LIFE” after handing my order to me. I said what do you mean? And he says again “YOU HAVE YOURSELF A NICE LIFE” I told him that if he wants to say something that he should just say Merry Christmas. And he just laughs and says Happy Christmas. This is very strange. This kid was rude taking my order and I feel that he said that to me because they got my order wrong before and gave me a spicy chicken pocket instead of a falafel pocket , and that same kid tells me that I could keep the chicken pocket after I told him that I’m allergic to chicken after I regretfully took 2 bites out of it. “YOU HAVE A NICE LIFE” is a super odd thing to say to someone. It’s no wonder that this store is accumulating bad reviews. I ordered a Tall Caramel Macchiato and I’m wondering if he did something to it because I wasn’t offered a napkin or receipt with me Spicy Falafel pocket and coffee. I don’t feel comfortable ordering when that kid is there so I’m taking my business to a Starbucks a few miles further. This is so ridiculous.

Fantastic location, I’ve always received lovely service and delicious drinks. Starbucks politics haven’t been sitting well with me for awhile now, but if you must go…come here. They also have a drive-thru!

Very clean. It's clear that this is the anchor store on this strip. Patrons go in and out easily, but it is a weekend morning. There is a long line for the drive thru. Recommend going in to pick up your order.

LISTEN!! Earlier today I went to this Starbucks location. There’s usually this light skin guy who always wears a mask and he’s the best worker there(he looks like Joe from Ginny&Georgia, search it up) Not sure what his name is unfortunately. I didn’t see him today but there was this pink haired lady who attended me and she was distracted as heck. I asked for 2 food items and she took forever!!! MIND YOU I was the only person in line!! Like how long does it take to get me a cake pop I paid for??!!?! Did I mention how messy the tables were? Anyways I hope the other guy comes back, he’s a dear.

Our regular Starbucks, they are normally slammed with people, today after all the gradations in College Park, we visited today and the best experience we’ve had in a Starbucks ever, the food flew out, the drinks were done in like 30 seconds. My GF said her chai late was amazing

Requiring a purchase to use the restroom is incredibly frustrating. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks regularly and had already purchased my drink earlier in the day. I stopped at this location just to use the restroom and was denied access. Very disappointing experience—please do better.
