Rude staff had no idea what chicken salad was and insisted it was hot chicken with cheese. I pointed out what I wanted on their menu and they yelled at me. Avoid this place at all costs.

Quantity of filings were okay but the staff is way too rude and grumpy. 2 rude lady staff during the afternoon time.
Stopped by this afternoon and had a pretty disappointing experience. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude—scoffed when I simply asked for mayo and acted like I was bothering her the entire time. She kept putting the wrong toppings on my sandwich even after I politely corrected her. When I finally got it, there were barely any toppings on it at all—just a sad, dry sandwich. The food was okay, but the customer service and skimpy portions really ruined the visit. Not sure I’ll be back.

Skimped out on the meat on purpose. I've gotten the BMT before and he had an attitude when i asked if this is usually the amount of meat put on the sandwich. He had animosity towards us after he heard our ethnic origin when the other worker asked where we were from. Will not be back really disgusting behavior. The night shift workers were awful. Plus the worker working the cashier hit on my sister and gave her a discount. Like where's my discount 😭?
