Food is too salty. My wife and I ordered the jerk chicken and jerk snapper. The amount of salt in the jerk sauce was overwhelming. For people with high blood pressure, I recommend staying away. This is a killer in a plate. This used to be a restaurant with very good food. I am not sure what happen. Also, they don't pick up the phone any longer. This place seems to be going down

The food is good, however they are way too nonchalant when it comes to inconveniences that are THEIR fault. Yesterday 7/3 this was my first time coming to pick the food up myself. I was waiting and I noticed the girl at the register told a lady the payment options were cash app or Zelle because their card machine must’ve been down. But you could tell the customer had no knowledge of this whatsoever and the cashier had no emotion..didnt even apologize. She acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. I get my food, she tells me they’re all out of the chicken patties and tells me the options now are veggie or spinach. I don't want any of that and I would've appreciated them calling to let me know ahead of time. Again, more nonchalant attitude with no apology for the inconvenience. So I opted for a refund of course. They need to do better. Also, the front counter is extremely dirty.

The location was a bit hard to find since it’s literally a house on the side of the road (with colorful fences)! Oxtail was really good, but the jerk chicken was slightly dry.

First I’d like to say the food is usually very good. The portions have decreased in size but oh well, so have profits. It’s the vibe that made me feel out of place. I wasn’t sure where to stand or where to go; and the regulars are just that regulars, so no problem, they know. Today, New Years Eve I placed my order in person because the phones weren’t being answered. Upon arrival it’s very apparent the man at the register was overwhelmed. He gave an order to the wrong person not once but twice. With several people, assuming, they were delivery people crowded in the waiting area it took 30 minutes to place my order with 2 people ahead of me. Organization is key and this area needs great improvement. Additionally, my extra order of curry tofu was left out and I was charged for another curry tofu dinner instead. I can’t get through because phones aren’t being answered. A good product deserves good customer service and 1 out of 2, well I’m just saying. Happy New Year!!!

As a Jamaican going to the jerk pit just to chill and eat some jerk chicken and have a drink is just the same as when I'm back home in Jamaica that country vybes on a Sunday is just refreshing it gets you pumped and ready for the work week.
